All our A350, A380 and Boeing 777-300ER ultra-long-range aircraft have toilets that are accessible to the onboard wheelchair. On the A380 there is an accessible toilet on each deck.

If you’re joining us on the Emirates A380 in First or Business Class, you can enjoy drinks and light bites in our Onboard Lounge. It’s a spacious area on the upper deck at the back of the aircraft. The lounge is accessible to the onboard wheelchair and there are two seating areas.

If you’re flying with us in First Class on the Emirates A380, you can refresh in our exclusive Shower Spa. It has luxury spa products, a heated floor, shower, sink, toilet and a TV showing our moving map.
Our crew will show you all the features of the spa. The Shower Spa is accessible for the onboard wheelchair and inside the shower cubicle there is a seat and a handrail.
If you require help with personal care, you can find out more on our Travelling with an assistant page.
Every seat has a personal TV screen with thousands of movies, TV shows, music tracks and albums, games and more. We have entertainment from around the world in over 40 languages.
There are options with closed captions and audio description if you’re hearing impaired or visually impaired.
You can explore our listings on our inflight entertainment page and create a playlist of your favourites in the Emirates app.
Entertainment controls
Nearly all our flights have touchscreen TVs, and in selected seats you can control the screen using a button handset. In First and Business Class you also have a touchscreen tablet controller and some seats feature a convenient play and pause button to the side of the seat.
