Important Information

  1. Emirates Skywards members will earn 500 Skywards Miles per eligible stay at participating Oberoi and Trident properties, irrespective of the length of stay.
  2. Skywards Miles can be earned by the member on additional rooms booked if
    • the member is staying at the same time as the additional guest/s; and
    • all rooms are reserved and registered in the member's name; and
    • the member pays for all rooms.
    The additional benefits are not extended to additional rooms and are exclusively for the member only, except in the case of double occupancy wherein the additional benefits can be availed by the member and the second guest in the same room.
  3. Emirates Skywards members should provide their membership number at the time of booking or check-in to receive Skywards Miles.
  4. An “Eligible Stay” shall mean one hotel stay for one or more consecutive nights at an Eligible Rate at the same participating hotel property regardless of the number of times the member checks in or checks out during that stay.
  5. An “Eligible Rate” is any hotel published room rate booked directly through Oberoi Hotels & Resorts and Trident Hotels brand website or the Contact Centre and contracted Corporate Rates. Members are not eligible to earn Miles for reservations made via a travel agent or individual wholesale/tour operator. Other non-eligible rates include airline crew rates, travel industry employee rates, group bookings, conference and incentives, events, government, special discounted stays, discounted long stays, banquets, club membership fees, gift vouchers, employee rates, barter, and complimentary rooms.
  6. Emirates Skywards members will receive additional benefits at each property depending on their tier status, as stated in the additional benefits table, subject to availability.
  7. Club rooms are only available in certain Trident Hotels.
  8. Bonus Miles may be awarded as per the terms and conditions outlined for specific promotional campaigns.
  9. Members who fail to provide their membership number prior to or during their hotel stay will have six months to submit a retroactive claim for Skywards Miles.
  10. Double dipping is not permitted. Members staying at Trident Hotels properties cannot earn both Skywards Miles and Trident Privilege points.
