Skywards Rail

The following train operators across Europe are available to book on applicable fares and ticket options on this platform managed by Junction Connect. This list is not exhaustive and may be updated from time to time.

• Skywards Miles can be used to fully or partially pay for rail tickets for yourself and/or others purchased via skywardsrail.com. Partial payments must start from 1 Mile and can be combined with credit card payments.
• Miles prices/rates quoted for rail tickets are dynamic and subject to change. Miles equivalent to the cash value will be displayed at the time of purchase. Skywards Skysurfers, My Family, and Business Rewards accounts are ineligible for using Miles for rail ticket purchases.
• Miles can be used to purchase rail tickets for family and friends.
• Purchase is complete upon receiving a confirmation email from Skywards Rail (Powered by Junction Connect Limited) and after full payment has been made. Skywards Terms and Conditions and those of the rail operator must be accepted both before making payment.
• E-ticket will be delivered as a PDF attachment to your registered email address and any additional email if provided during booking. Prior to boarding, you must have your ticket available on your mobile device or in printed form.
• Tickets are accessible in the My Bookings section on skywardsrail.com.
• Depending on the operator and ticket type, options for changing your ticket may be available. Conditions will be provided before booking and may vary by operator and ticket type; refer to the operator's terms and conditions for detailed policies.
• Refunds are permitted in cases where the ticket condition allows, or rail service is affected by delay or disruption. Partial refund is not permitted.
• By booking, you authorize Emirates to collect and transfer selected information, including your title, first name, last name, membership tier, Skywards Miles balance, and contact details.
• Other restrictions may apply to ticket purchases and usage.

• Promotional offer: This promotional offer is valid from 14 August 2026 to 20 August 2026 (from 00:01 EST hours to 23:59 EST hours).
• During the Promotion Period, eligible Emirates Skywards members will receive a 20% improvement in Skyward Miles pricing on all Skywards Rail routes. (Example: 1,000 Miles are typically valued equal to $8 but will be $10 during promotion.)
• The promotional Miles pricing is automatically applied during the booking process. The Miles amount displayed to the member at the time of booking represents the final applicable Miles price for the transaction.
• The promotional Miles pricing is non transferable and applies only to bookings made during the Promotion Period.
• In the event of any rebooking, cancellation, or modification, the promotional Miles pricing will no longer apply, and the booking will be repriced in accordance with the applicable standard Miles rates and fare rules at the time of change.
