The women of Emirates

Gender equality
For the 4th year in a row Emirates publishes its professional equality index between women and men for 2022.
Emirates obtains 92/100 (the minimum threshold set by the government being 75/100).
This index is based on 4 criteria:
- Pay gap indicator
- Individual increase rate deviation indicator
- Maternity leave return indicator
- High salary indicator (number of women / men in the 10 highest salaries).
