This promotion (the “Promotion”) is brought to you by Emirates, a corporation established by Dubai Ruler’s Decree No. 2 of 1985 (as amended) having its principal office at Emirates Group Headquarters, Airport Road, P.O. Box 686, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Emirates”) and hosted via the website found on emirates.com (“Website”).

These terms and conditions together with the general terms and conditions that are applicable to the Emirates Skywards Programme and the terms and conditions applicable to your use of and access to the Website (together the "Terms") govern your  participation in the Promotion. By participating in the Promotion, you acknowledge that you have the authority to accept these Terms and you agree to be bound by them.

In the event of any dispute regarding these Terms and any other matters relating to the Promotion, Emirates’ decision will be final and binding, and no further correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

The Promotion commences at 00.01 GST on 08 September 2025 and closes at 23.59 GST on 22 September 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

Eligible Members

You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age, an Emirates Skywards Member, must have received an email directly from Emirates offering you the opportunity to participate in the Promotion (the “Offer Email”) and meet the Terms and Conditions set out in the Emirates Skywards Programme Rules in order to be eligible to enter the Promotion (the “Eligible Member”). Emirates Skywards Members who do not meet the above stated Eligible Member criteria will not be eligible to participate in this Promotion. Eligible Members are identified based on multiple criteria at the sole discretion of Emirates.

Unless otherwise provided herein, capitalised terms used in these terms and conditions shall have the meanings attributed to them in the Emirates Skywards programme rules.

The Promotion is void in countries where it is prohibited by law. Individuals located in a country restricted by applicable controls and sanctions or other laws or regulations as they relate to this Promotion are ineligible to participate in the Promotion. Each Eligible Member must ensure that his or her participation in the Promotion is lawful and in accordance with the laws of the country of which he or she is a citizen and/or resides, and/or happens to be at the time the participation is made. Emirates shall not be taken to make any representations, express or implied, as to the lawfulness of any individual’s participation, or as to any other aspect of the Promotion.

Promotion Rules

This Promotion provides an Eligible Member the opportunity to earn up to 30% of the Skywards Miles purchased as an additional complimentary bonus when purchasing a minimum 5,000 Skywards Miles through the Buy Miles and/or Gift Miles product(s) during the Promotion Period (the “Eligible Offer”). The Eligible Offer will hence vary based on the number of Skywards Miles purchased by an Eligible Member during the Promotion Period.

This Promotion is available only if payments to Buy Miles or Gift Miles have been successfully processed within the Promotion Period and the transaction has been completed through the Website via the Points Platform (the “Eligible Activity”). Any transactions made to Buy Miles or Gift Miles via the Emirates Contact Centre, Emirates Reservation and Ticketing office or to Transfer Miles, Reinstate Miles, Extend Miles or Multiply Miles are not considered as Eligible Activities for this Promotion.

The Eligible Offer is dynamic and can vary from member to member. Accordingly, Eligible Members can only avail the Eligible Offer specified at the time of undertaking the Eligible Activity.

This Promotion cannot be applied in combination with any other offer or promotion by Emirates, whether price discount or bonus Miles based, that may be available on the Buy Miles and Gift Miles product. Accordingly, the Eligible Offer under this Promotion cannot be combined with any other offers available on any Emirates Skywards co-branded cards that offer a discounted price or bonus Miles to Buy Miles and Gift Miles (“Co-brand Card Offer”). In cases where a Co-brand Card Offer is available to a Member, the Eligible Offer will be the default offer presented with an option made available for the Member to choose to avail the Co-brand Card Offer instead.

Skywards Miles purchased through this Promotion will be posted only upon successful payment of the transaction and will reflect in the Eligible Member’s Emirates Skywards account within 48 hours after payment. Skywards Miles purchased through the Promotion count towards the maximum limit of Skywards Miles that can be purchased for self or received as a gift in a calendar year. However, in cases where bonus Skywards Miles are awarded through this Promotion, the bonus will not count towards the maximum limit of Skywards Miles that can be purchased for self or received as a gift in a calendar year.

This Promotion will not be available in the event of any non-compliance by the Eligible Member of these Terms including the above defined Promotion rules. Refunds in respect of any Skywards Miles which are purchased as part of the Promotion are not permitted, unless required by law. In the event of any reversal of the Skywards Miles purchased under this Promotion, on account of the Eligible Member or Emirates, refunds, if applicable, will be processed to reflect the amount actually paid by the Eligible Member.

Emirates will not be held liable for any failure in delivery of this Promotion or any failure to reach the Eligible Member on the email address registered on the Emirates Skyward Member’s profile. Emirates reserves the right to decline this Promotion to an Eligible Member in the event of any breach of these Terms or the Emirates Skywards Programme Rules.

By participating in this Promotion, the Emirates Skywards Member is agreeing to abide by the Emirates Skywards Programme Rules and Points.com Inc.’s privacy policy and terms and conditions. Emirates Skywards strongly recommends that the Emirates Skywards Member reads and is familiar with the terms and conditions set out in the links to the documents mentioned in the preceding sentence.

The Eligible Member agrees that Emirates shall not be liable as a result of any refusal or failure to complete any transactions in connection with the Promotion and no compensation shall be payable to any person as a consequence of such actions.

Any participant, who fails to abide by any of these Terms or fails to meet the entry criteria set out in these Terms, may be disqualified from taking part in the Promotion in the sole discretion of Emirates.

Emirates may withdraw the Promotion at any time in its sole discretion.

Taxes

It is acknowledged that any fees arising in connection with the Promotion are exclusive of taxes. In the event that any tax becomes applicable in respect of such fees, Emirates reserves the right to increase the relevant fee to the extent of such taxes in its sole discretion.

Personal Information

Emirates will collect and process certain categories of the Eligible Member’s personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose or transmit such information to third parties rendering services in relation to the Promotion. In processing a participant’s personal information, Emirates may transfer such information to countries which may not afford the same level of data protection as the participant’s own country of residence. Emirates Liability

Emirates will not be liable to perform any of its obligations under these Terms where it is unable to do so as a result of circumstances beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure. Emirates accepts no liability (and excludes all liability) for any loss of profit, business, contracts, revenues or anticipated savings or for special, direct, indirect or consequential loss of any nature howsoever arising.

Emirates accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by the participant or where applicable their guest as a result of participating in the Promotion. This exclusion does not include any liability for death or personal injury caused solely by the negligence of Emirates.

Participants participate in the Promotion at their own risk and agree to indemnify Emirates against all costs, losses, damages, expenses and liabilities (including for loss of reputation and goodwill and professional advisors' fees) and any claim arising from a participant’s own actions in any way in connection with the Promotion or a breach of a participant’s obligations hereunder.

General

Participation in the Promotion does not confer on the participant any rights in or over any intellectual property arising in connection with the Promotion. Any Terms which are held to be invalid in any jurisdiction shall whenever allowed by the context be deemed to be replaced by such valid and enforceable terms and conditions whose contents are as close as permissible to those of the invalid or unenforceable Terms. Emirates reserves the right to modify or vary the Promotion and/or these Terms at any time.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with laws of Dubai, and as applicable the United Arab Emirates, and the Dubai courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising.
