  • There is no set rate. The conversion rate may vary by origin, destination, point of sale, flight number, date, season, fare, cabin, tier, Emirates sales channel, or any combination thereof. When you book your ticket and any related product or service on emirates.com, the payment page is where you will see the exact conversion rate that applies. For Cash+Miles on flydubai Flights, you can book your ticket on flydubai.com and on the payment page, you will see the exact conversion rate that applies.

  • Yes, your Miles will be refunded if you cancel a booking you paid for using Cash+Miles. However, any Miles that expired within the purchase period will not be refunded to your account. If you have completed part of your journey and want to cancel and refund the rest, your ticket will be re-priced so only the unused percentage of Cash+Miles will be refunded to you. Miles used to pay for related products and services are non-refundable unless the cancellation or change is involuntary or due to operational reasons.

  • With Cash+Miles you now have the choice and flexibility to access any Emirates seat and pay using a combination of cash and Skywards Miles. You can convert* your Skywards Miles into cash and put them towards the cost of your flight and any related product or service you’d like to purchase. .You can convert your Skywards Miles into cash and put them towards the cost of your flight. The conversion rate will vary. So even if you don’t have enough Miles in your account to book a Classic Reward flight with Miles alone, you can still use your Miles to bring down your fare. Cash+Miles is also available on flydubai Flights. Cash+Miles for related products and services is only available on Emirates flights.

  • No, Cash+Miles can’t be used to upgrade a booking. There is no change to the way you are currently able to upgrade bookings.

  • Yes, you can make changes to any ticket that you paid for using Cash+Miles, subject to the fare conditions at the time your ticket was issued.

Cash+Miles offer Terms and Conditions

  1. To avail of Cash+Miles promotional offers, an Emirates Skywards member must log in upfront with their personal account on the emirates.com desktop or mobile site, or the Emirates app, before commencing their commercial fare search and selection. Cash+Miles promotional offers are not applicable to any bookings made via the Emirates Contact Centres or via “Advanced Search” on emirates.com.
  2. Cash+Miles promotional offers are valid on Emirates operated flights and connecting codeshare flights only. All other codeshare and interline flights are excluded.
  3. Cash+Miles promotional offers may be restricted to selected flights, cabins, fare brands, and dates. Emirates Skywards members can review and must select the option with the Cash+Miles offer icon displayed during the booking process, in order to avail of any special offer at payment page. Cash+Miles promotional offers are currently unavailable in conjunction with “Hold My Fare” booking option. A standard Cash+Miles rate may still be available for such bookings.
  4. Once Cash+Miles is selected on payment page, and in turn final payment is made to issue the ticket(s), no further adjustments in Cash+Miles rates is permitted. Any subsequent ticket reissues involving any additional collections of fare or fees must be made entirely with cash (or equivalent payment). Ticket cancellations will be subject to fare rules and normal Emirates Skywards Programme Rules provisions.
  5. Cash+Miles promotional offers may be personalised depending on the logged-in Emirates Skywards member’s profile. An offer is not guaranteed unless availed immediately at payment page (i.e. in the same session). Skywards Miles payment must be entirely debited from the logged-in Emirates Skywards member’s account only. My Family and Skysurfers accounts are not eligible for Cash+Miles promotional offers.
  6. If Cash+Miles promotional offers differ for outbound and inbound journeys, the higher of the two rates will apply at payment page for the entire ticket.
  7. Any emirates.com promotional code offers are excluded from Cash+Miles promotional offers. Tickets issued with Cash+Miles promotional offers will not be eligible for any other Emirates Skywards promotions.
  8. Emirates Skywards members will earn Skywards Miles and Tier Miles on the part of the ticket that is paid for in cash, excluding carrier imposed charges, taxes and fees.
  9. Cash+Miles promotional offers Terms and Conditions are subject to change and any updates will be published on this website. All other Emirates Skywards Programme Rules apply.
