This offer (the “Offer”) is brought to you by Emirates, a corporation established by Dubai Ruler’s Decree No. 2 of 1985 (as amended) having its principal office at Emirates Group Headquarters, Airport Road, P.O. Box 686, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Emirates”) and hosted via the website found at www.emirates.com (“Website”).     

These terms and conditions together with the general terms and conditions that are applicable to your use of and access to the Website (together the "Terms") govern your use of the Website and set out the rules of participation in the Offer. By availing the Offer, you guarantee that you have the authority to accept these Terms and you agree to be bound by the Terms.     

In the event of any dispute regarding the Terms, results and all other matters relating to the Offer, Emirates decision will be final and binding and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.  

The Offer terms and conditions: 

Customers purchasing an Eligible Flight (defined below) can enjoy a complimentary 24-hour city sightseeing hop-on hop-off bus tour and a pass to Aquaventure World including the Waterpark and Lost World Aquarium.

• To avail of the Offer, you must, during the Sale Period, book and pay in full for an Emirates operated return flight originating from Emirates online origins to Dubai [DXB] at emirates.com or through Emirates Call Centres or via a travel agent participating in the campaign, with inbound travel to Dubai to be completed within the Travel Period (“Eligible Flight”).
• Sale period: 21 September – 11 October 2026
• Travel period: 24 September – 13 December 2026
• Valid on all Emirates online origins excluding UAE, Israel, Iraq and Iran.
• The offer is available for new bookings made between 21 September and 11 October 2026 inclusive and cannot be claimed retroactively on existing bookings.
• Flight tickets must be purchased for return journeys. One-way flight tickets will not be eligible for the Offer.
• The Offer is valid for tickets issued on Emirates (ticket number starting with 176), flights to/from Dubai must be operated by Emirates aircraft and Emirates crew, and on Emirates flights only (flight number starting with EK).
• After purchasing an Eligible Flight on emirates.com, your offer validation will appear immediately on the confirmation page. You will then receive a confirmation email containing one access code per passenger for complimentary access to the three attractions: City Sightseeing Hop on Hop off 24-hour bus ticket and Aquaventure World including the Waterpark and Lost World Aquarium.
• For eligible flights purchased via Emirates Call Centres, Retail Stores or via participating travel agents, please claim your access code/s from Emirates Call Centre, Retail Store or your travel agent or contact emiratesoffer@emirates.com. Requests must be received at least 96 hours before arrival in Dubai with the PNR reference, Dubai arrival date, names of all passengers listed on the PNR, contact phone number, and email address to which the access codes should be sent.
• Passengers are responsible for organising the necessary travel or visa documents required to fulfil individual entry criteria to Dubai or any other origin/ destination at their own cost.
• Emirates flight tickets are at all times subject to availability and Emirates Conditions of Carriage and applicable ticket conditions as set out on the Emirates website.
• The Offer is not applicable on tickets issued with group tariff.
• The Offer is not applicable on industry discounted tickets.
• The Offer is not applicable on tickets redeemed in full using Skywards Miles, or other redemption offers.
• If you cancel your Eligible Flight, the related access code/s will be voided without any notification
• Emirates accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by an individual as a result of entering or availing the Offer whatsoever for any reason. This exclusion does not include any liability for death or personal injury caused solely by the negligence of Emirates.
• Availing the Offer does not confer on the individual any rights in or over any intellectual property arising in connection with the Offer. Any Terms which are held to be invalid in any jurisdiction shall, whenever allowed by the context, be deemed to be replaced by such valid and enforceable terms and conditions whose contents are as close as permissible to those of the invalid or unenforceable Terms.
• Emirates reserves the right to modify or vary the Offer and/or these Terms at any time.
• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, and as applicable, the UAE, and the Dubai courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising.

Aquaventure World terms and conditions

• The unique access code must be exchanged for an admission pass for Aquaventure World – valid for both Waterpark and Lost World Aquarium. Redeem your ticket at any of the ticketing counters located in Aquaventure Admission Plaza or The Lost World Aquarium.
• Your pass includes one entry to Aquaventure World and one entry to Lost World Aquarium, valid for two consecutive days from your first visit. You can enjoy both attractions on the same day or on separate days and is valid until 17 December 2026 (included).
• The complimentary Aquaventure World (waterpark and aquarium) tickets do not include any additional products, services, transportation, entertainment and/or food and beverages. Tickets under this offer are non-changeable, non-transferable, non-refundable, have no cash value, may not be combined with any other offer, and are not valid towards previously purchased tickets.
• Guests under 16 years old must be always accompanied by an adult.
• Children below three (3) years of age will be allowed access without presenting an access code/ticket.
• Visitors are not allowed to bring food or beverages, glassware or alcohol into Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark and Lost World Aquarium.
• By availing this Offer, you agree to and accept the Aquaventure World Terms and Conditions available on the website.

City Sightseeing Dubai terms and conditions

• The unique access code/s can be redeemed for a Standard 24-hour City Sightseeing Dubai Hop-On Hop-Off bus ticket in Dubai. The access codes are valid and can be used up to 17 December 2026 inclusive.
• You can redeem your vouchers at any of the City Sightseeing Dubai bus stops or go to one of the locations below:
  • The Dubai Mall Zabeel Tourist Bus Parking
  • The Dubai Mall Metro Link
  • JBR The Beach next to Amwaj Rotana
  • Atlantis The Palm next to the Monorail Station
• Please check City Sightseeing Hop-On Hop-Off bus website for operating hours and pick up points.
• City Sightseeing Hop-On Hop-Off bus ticket does not include any additional products, services, entertainment and/or food and beverage.
• The City Sightseeing Hop-On Hop-Off bus tickets under this offer are non-changeable, non-transferable, non-refundable.
• Children up to the age of 16 years must be always accompanied by an adult onboard the City Sightseeing buses.
• Children below three (3) years of age will be allowed access without presenting an access code/ticket.
• City Sightseeing Hop-On Hop-Off bus ticket issued under this Offer has no cash value, may not be combined with any other offer and is not valid towards previously purchased City Sightseeing Hop-On Hop-Off bus city tour tickets.
