These terms and conditions together with the general terms and conditions that are applicable to your use of and access to the Website (together the "Terms") govern your use of the Website and set out the rules of participation in the Offer. By availing the Offer, you guarantee that you have the authority to accept these Terms and you agree to be bound by the Terms.  

In the event of any dispute regarding the Terms, results and all other matters relating to the Offer, Emirates decision will be final, and binding and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.     

The Offer terms and conditions:     

Customers purchasing the Eligible Flights (defined below) can enjoy a complimentary 90-minute sunset cruise with international buffet and a general admission ticket to Arte Museum Dubai subject to the below terms and conditions (the “Offer”).

To avail of the Offer, you must, during the Sale Period, book and pay in full for an Emirates operated return flight originating from Emirates online origins to final destination - Dubai [DXB] at emirates.com, through Emirates Call centres or via a travel agent participating in the campaign with travel to be completed within the Travel Period (“Eligible Flight”).

Immediately after purchasing an Eligible Flight on emirates.com, you will see validation of the offer on the flight booking confirmation page. You will then receive from Emirates a confirmation email containing the individual promocodes for the complimentary 90-minute sunset dinner cruise and Arte Museum Dubai.

After booking and payment through other sales channels, passengers must email Emiratesoffer@emirates.com with their PNR reference, Dubai arrival date, names of all passengers on the PNR, contact phone number, and email address to receive access codes for the Offer Attractions.

Attraction tickets redeemed under this offer are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-resalable and non-exchangeable for any other promotion, discount, ticket, or cash. They may not be combined with any other offer and are not valid towards previously purchased tickets. Tickets do not include any additional products, services, transportation, entertainment and/or food and beverage.

Sale Period means 8 – 21 December 2025 inclusive and is valid across all Emirates online markets (excluding the tickets sold in and journeys originating in Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and the UAE

Travel Period means 7 January – 18 March 2026 inclusive (outbound travel completion date). The last day to access the Attractions is 25 March 2026.

The offer is available only for new bookings made between 8 and 21 December 2025 inclusive and cannot be claimed retroactively on existing bookings.

The Offer is valid for tickets issued on Emirates (ticket number starting with 176), operated by Emirates aircraft and Emirates crew, and on Emirates flights only (flight number starting with EK).

Flight tickets must be purchased for return journeys. One way flight tickets will not be eligible for the Offer.

The Offer is not applicable on industry discounted tickets, group tickets, or tickets redeemed in full using Skywards Miles or other redemption offers.

Emirates flight tickets are at all times subject to availability and Emirates Conditions of Carriage and applicable ticket conditions as set out on the Emirates website.

Emirates accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by an individual as a result of entering or availing the Offer whatsoever for any reason including without limitation to operating hours changes and booked ride cancellation. This exclusion does not include any liability for death or personal injury caused solely by the negligence of Emirates.

Passengers are responsible for organising the necessary travel or visa documents required to fulfil individual entry criteria to Dubai or any other origin/destination at their own cost.

Requests for this special offer must be made at least 96 hours prior to arrival.

Emirates will not be responsible for any lost or damaged ticket or for the closure of any of the featured attractions or modification of its operating hours for any reason.

Availing the Offer does not confer on the individual any rights in or over any intellectual property arising in connection with the Offer. Any Terms which are held to be invalid in any jurisdiction shall, whenever allowed by the context, be deemed to be replaced by such valid and enforceable terms and conditions whose contents are as close as permissible to those of the invalid or unenforceable Terms.

Emirates reserves the right to modify or vary the Offer and/or these Terms at any time.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with laws of Dubai, and as applicable the UAE, and the Dubai courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising.

Xclusive Yachts terms and conditions:

Xclusive Yachts complimentary tickets Offer is inclusive of 90-minutes Sunset cruise with international buffet and selected beverages only and does not include any additional products, services and transportation.

The redemption code(s) is valid for one time use.

The unique access codes are to be exchanged for one 90-minutes Sunset cruise ticket by 25 March 2026 (inclusive) at the ticket counter located at Marina Level, Al Majara Tower, Al Hubob Street, Dubai Marina.

The complimentary 90-minutes Sunset cruise and dinner ticket is for 5:00pm departure (subject to availability and weather conditions). Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to departure to ensure a smooth boarding experience.

Guests under 13 must be accompanied by an adult. Infants below 3 years old will not be provided with a unique access code as they are admitted free of charge.

The complimentary ticket under this offer is non-changeable, non-transferable, non-resalable, non-refundable, has no cash value, may not be combined with any other offer, discount or ticket and is not valid towards previously purchased Xclusive Yachts tickets.

By availing this Offer, you agree to and accept the Xclusive Yachts Terms and Conditions available on Xclusive Yachts website.

All passengers are required by law to bring their original Passport—matching the name on the ticket.

The activity will take place aboard a licensed and insured vessel operating in designated waters. All participants must be aware that the activity is conducted on a moving boat and may be subject to weather and sea conditions.

Arte Museum Dubai terms and conditions:

Arte Museum Dubai complimentary tickets offer is inclusive of Arte Museum Dubai general admission ticket only and does not include any additional products, services, transportation, entertainment and/or food and beverage.

The redemption code(s) is valid for one time use.

The unique access codes are to be exchanged for one Arte Museum Dubai entry ticket per code by the 25 March 2026 (inclusive) at the ticket counter located at The Dubai Mall, Level 2, opposite Galeries Lafayette.

The complimentary Arte Museum Dubai ticket grants admission between 10:00am and 9:00pm (subject to availability).

Guests under 13 must be accompanied by an adult. Infants below 3 years old will not be provided with a unique access code as they are admitted free of charge.

The complimentary ticket under this offer is non-changeable, non-transferable, non-resalable, non-refundable, has no cash value, may not be combined with any other offer, discount or ticket and is not valid towards previously purchased Arte Museum Dubai tickets.
