Starting with a scenic drive from the reserve’s entrance, your experience begins with wildlife spotting opportunities as you are driven across the reserve to the Whispering Angel sunset stop. Here, you can enjoy a refreshing drink and canapés while looking out across the stunning desert landscape, before heading to your table for a multi course Bedouin menu.

Drawing inspiration from the heritage of our surroundings, the menu includes traditional ‘zarb’ cooking methods for slow cooked lamb as well as freshly-baked Arabic breads, a selection of cold mezzeh and the famous chocolate kunafa dessert.

The open air dining space, complete with private tables, comfortable lounge seating spaces and an area filled with desert flora, captures the charm of the desert while maintaining a chic, modern feel for a truly unique desert dining experience.

As part of your evening, you can enjoy traditional desert activities like a camel ride and falcon display, dune drive, Moroccan mint tea and Arabic sweet tasting. Ambient lounge music is played at sunset, a live oud player sets the tone at dinner, and a spectacular fire show acts as the closing event of the evening. A paid bar is also available throughout the evening should you wish to further enhance your experience.
