• The start time is for indication purposes only. Service will be based on your flight Arrival/Departure time.
Silver Meet & Greet On Arrival:
• Meet and greet on arrival at the aerobridge or first point of the terminal building. If arriving at remote gates (coach transfer from remote bay) passengers will be met by a Marhaba staff upon disembarking from the bus.
• Fast-track through immigration in a group of no more than three travellers.
• One porter to assist with luggage at baggage reclaim.
• Escort to arrival meeting point area of choice (Chauffeur/Taxi/Hotel rep).
Silver Meet & Greet On Departure:
• Meet & Greet at departure lounge located at Terminal 3, Area 1, behind Emirates ticketing counter, adjacent to special needs counter.
• One porter to assist with luggage until check-in counter.
• Escort to dedicated check-in counter at Marhaba departure lounge (Terminal 3 only).
• Fast-track through immigration in a group of no more than three travellers.
• Escort to Boarding Gate.
• All passengers must arrive at the airport 3 hours before flight departure time.
