All passengers, travelling to Angola must undergo COVID-19 testing, including children and infants.
Children below 6 months old are not required to present a pre-departure COVID-19 PCR test certificate.
Passengers must present a negative COVID-19 iGE Rapid test result for a test taken not more than 24 hours before departure or a negative molecular based COVID-19 RT PCR test result for a test taken not more than 72 hours before departure.
All passengers will also be tested (Rapid Test for COVID-19) on arrival at 04 Fevereiro International Airport in Luanda. This test is compulsory and will be conducted free of charge.
Travellers are encouraged to carry a valid vaccination certificate with a QR code that shows they have been fully vaccinated with a vaccine approved by WHO.
Passengers who do not hold a valid vaccination certificate must present a negative molecular based RT PCR COVID 19 test result for a test taken not more than 72 hours before departure.
All Angolan citizens or passport holders 18 years old and above must have a vaccination certificate to travel to Angola.
Any passenger who tests positive on arrival is subject to the relevant health authorities who will determine the required quarantine measures.
All Angolan citizens / passport holders 18 years old and above travelling from Angola must have a vaccination certificate.
While not mandatory, it is recommended that passengers departing from Angola also take an RT-PCR test before departure.
For those countries that require it, passengers should please check & request from the clinic a RT PCR Test Certificate with QR code at the time of the test.
Passengers must make sure to complete the entry or transit requirements of their destination and carry the correct documents for travel. When in doubt, passengers should contact the nearest embassy/consulate for the latest information and requirements.

Vaccinated passengers
Travellers who have received the required doses (single/double dose) of a WHO approved COVID-19 vaccine and carry a valid vaccination certificate are not required to present a pre-departure COVID-19 test certificate to enter Bangladesh.
Unvaccinated passengers
Travellers who have not received the required doses (single/double dose) of a COVID-19 vaccine must present a COVID-19 RT-PCR test certificate for a test taken within 72 hours before departure.
The Online Health Declaration Form (HDF) is no longer required for travel to Bangladesh.

There are changes to the mask requirements inside Brazilian airports.
All travellers must wear a face mask while at Brazilian airports, including when boarding or disembarking from aircraft.
Travellers are advised not to use the following:
Masks must be used adjusted to the face, covering the nose, chin and mouth.
Travellers with medical conditions that prevent them from making proper use of face masks are exempt from this requirement.
From 1 April 2022, fully vaccinated passengers with proof of vaccination will no longer be required to complete the Travellers Health Declaration (DSV) or test for COVID 19 to be accepted for travel to Brazil.
Passengers who are not fully vaccinated can enter Brazil with a COVID-19 RT PCR test within 24 hours before departure from the first embarkation point; or a COVID-19 antigen test at most 24 hours before departure from the first embarkation point. The negative COVID-19 RT PCR or antigen test result must be presented at check in to be accepted on the flight. The test result must be in English, Portuguese or Spanish.
International transit passengers must follow the rules of their final destination.
Passengers who have been infected with COVID-19 in the last 90 days, counted from the date that symptoms were first detected, who are asymptomatic but still test positive during RT-PCR testing will be accepted for travel provided they present the following documents:
Exemptions:
For children between 2 – 11 years old who are travelling with a fully vaccinated adult, both the child and the adult are exempt from presenting a negative COVID-19 test result.
Children 2 to 12 years old who are travelling unaccompanied must present a negative COVID 19 result for an RT PCR or antigen test taken one day before the moment of boarding.
Travellers 12 years old and above, who are fully vaccinated can enter Brazil by presenting a printed or electronic proof of vaccination with a vaccine approved by the National Health Surveillance Agency (ANVISA) or by the World Health Organization or by the authorities of their departure country at check in, and at least 14 days must have passed since they received the last required dose.

Effective 5 January 2023, 12:01 AM EST, all passengers two years old and above who are travelling from China and the Administrative Regions of Hong Kong and Macau must present a negative result of a COVID-19 antigen or PCR test taken not more than two days before departure from their first departure country.
Travellers who have recently recovered from COVID-19 must present a positive COVID-19 test result issued more than 10 days but less than 91 days before departure from their first departure country, or a positive COVID-19 test result issued less than 10 days before departure from the first departure country along with a signed letter from a licensed healthcare provider or public health official stating that the passenger’s COVID-19 symptoms started more than 10 days before departure from the first departure country.
While travellers will no longer have to submit their quarantine and vaccination information through ArriveCAN, they can continue to use the optional Advance Declaration feature in ArriveCAN (free as a mobile app or on the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) website) to save time at the airport by submitting their customs and immigration declaration in advance of arrival.

Foreign nationals who hold valid entry visas are currently not accepted for travel to mainland China except for the following categories:

Transiting to China via UAE on Emirates is allowed.
Transiting to China via UAE on Emirates is allowed as long as passengers have a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 48 hours before first embarkation, without any stopover.

At check-in, passengers must present the QR code as proof that they have submitted the personal health declaration form. Printed forms will not be accepted.

From 7 March 2022, fully vaccinated passengers are not required to take a pre departure COVID 19 test for travel to Cote d’Ivoire.
Passengers who are not fully vaccinated, except children under below 12 years old, travelling to Abidjan from any country must have a valid printed negative COVID-19 PCR test certificate for a test taken not more than 72 hours before arrival. A certificate from any government approved laboratory is acceptable.
All arriving passengers are required to undergo a free COVID-19 antigen testing upon arrival.
All departing passengers who require a COVID-19 PCR test for their final destination must conduct the test at a government designated laboratory. From 20 September 2021 the COVID‑19 PCR certificate must include a QR code.
The COVID-19 test cost is 25,000 FCFA payable online.

Full vaccination means at least two weeks have passed since the passengers received a single dose of Johnson and Johnson, and 2 doses of AstraZeneca, Sinopharm, Sinovac, Moderna, and Pfizer.
Passengers are considered recovered from COVID-19 7 days after a positive RT-PCR or antigen RDT test if they are asymptomatic. Passengers who present symptoms of COVID-19 will be considered recovered 7 days after symptoms presented and an additional 3 days without symptoms.

Entry for passengers travelling to Germany from China is only permitted for people who have an urgent need to travel to Germany; all non essential travel is prohibited. This is also applicable to fully vaccinated passengers.

Changes to the COVID-19 testing requirements
Citizens of Ghana and Ghanaians with a dual citizenship can now use a valid Ghana Card to enter the country.
Passengers arriving from Israel on humanitarian reasons or during official travels will be accepted. Passengers in this category must request permission to travel from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration.
The following COVID-19 testing requirements apply from 27 January 2023 at 0000 hours (UTC).
Pre Arrival Processes – Passengers travelling to Ghana
a. All international passengers, including those from the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) region must complete a Port Health Declaration Form before departure.
b. Fully vaccinated passengers (citizens, residents, and visitors) are exempt from any form of pre-departure or on-arrival testing.
c. Passengers (citizens, residents, and visitors) who are not fully vaccinated are required to present a valid COVID-19 PCR test result for a test taken not more than 48 hours before departure and must also undergo COVID-19 testing on arrival at Kotoka International Airport free of charge.
d. Travellers arriving in Ghana are subject to random COVID-19 testing on arrival at Kotoka International Airport free of charge.
e. Non-Ghanaians arriving at Kotoka International Airport with fake or forged vaccination certificates will be quarantined and returned to their departure country at their own cost.
All arriving travellers will undergo temperature screening, Yellow Fever Card verification and COVID-19 vaccination certificate verification as required.
Transit Passengers
a. Passengers transiting and transferring through Kotoka International Airport must follow the COVID-19 requirements of their destination.
Exceptions
a. Children below 18 years old are exempt from mandatory COVID-19 vaccination, pre-departure PCR testing and testing on arrival in Ghana.
b. Airline crew are exempt from the pre-departure and on-arrival COVID-19 testing and should follow their airline’s policy on testing.
c. Passengers who arrive under emergency, circumstances such as on diverted flights, will not be required to undergo testing if they do not leave the airport or remain in isolation in their hotel.
Definition of Fully Vaccinated - A person is said to be fully vaccinated when he/she has taken the full dose of vaccines approved and registered by the Food and Drugs Authority (FDA), Ghana or other vaccines prequalified by WHO (https://covid19.trackvaccines.org/agency/who) as in Table 1.
Vaccinated passengers must present a valid COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days before embarkation. Traveller (citizens, residents, and visitors) who are not fully vaccinated must present a valid COVID-19 PCR test result for a test taken not more than 48 hours before departure and must also undergo COVID-19 testing on arrival at Kotoka International Airport free of charge.
Pre arrival process for passengers travelling to Ghana
All passengers are required to present evidence of having filled Ghana’s Health Declaration Form (HDF) online(Opens an external website in a new tab) at the point of embarkation.
Travelling with pets into Ghana is allowed in line with guidelines of the Veterinary Services Directorate of the Ministry of Food and Agriculture.

All passengers travelling to international destinations that require PCR test certificates must create an account and register on the Trusted Travel platform(Opens an external website in a new tab) and take COVID-19 tests only at laboratories that have the Trusted Travel (TT) logo next to their name on the platform. On the check in page, search for accredited laboratories by entering Ghana as your origin country. Entry to Iran is allowed only for Iranian nationals and foreign nationals who have any of the following:

Passengers who have not received three doses of a COVID-19 vaccine are required to take a COVID-19 test before travel.
The certificate must have the passenger’s name and passport number or name and date of birth. Nationality is optional.
A certificate, whether in paper (including a copy) or electronic form, is valid as long as it can be verified that the content of the certificate is accepted. However, a certificate will not be valid if the contents can be changed by the applicant (for example, in Word, Excel, e-mail text) or if the contents required to verify the certificate (specimen, test method, etc.) are indistinct.
If the certificate does not meet the requirements, passengers will not be accepted to board the flight to Japan. Using the format approved by the Japanese government for the certificate is highly recommended. But if this is not possible, all the mandatory items should be covered on the certificate.

Fast Track
Effective 1 November 2022, passengers travelling to Japan should register all their required information and documents on the Visit Japan WEB portal. This registration includes quarantine, immigration and Customs processes. The MySOS app for quarantine Fast Track is integrated into Visit Japan Web. From 14 November, registration through the MySOS application will no longer be accepted.
Travellers who have registered using MySOS for arrivals until 13 January 2023 can still show the MySOS blue screen at check-in or on arrival in Japan.
Travellers who have already completed the questionnaire using MySOS can still register a vaccination certificate or a COVID-19 test certificate to be reviewed/processed until 13 January 2023.

Eligible unvaccinated travellers except children below 12 years old who arriving at any point of entry are subject to rapid antigen testing on arrival at their own cost of USD 30 USD. Travellers who test positive on arrival are subject to PCR testing at their own cost of USD 50 and must self-isolate.
All travellers 12 years old and above must present either a hard or soft copy of their COVID-19 vaccination certificate or a negative COVID-19 PCR test certificate for a test conducted not more than 72 hours before departure.
You are considered fully vaccinated if you have received all the required doses of a COVID-19 vaccine at least 14 days before arrival (not including the day of vaccination).
Any traveler above the age of 12 who arrive in Kenya with no proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 PCR test or those with flu-like symptoms must undergo rapid antigen testing at their own cost of USD 30. Passengers who test positive must undergo COVID-19 PCR testing at their own cost of USD 50 and self-isolate according to Ministry of Health isolation rules.
Travellers below 12 years old are exempt from the COVID-19 vaccination and testing requirements.
Passengers who test positive on arrival will be required to self-isolate.
All passengers travelling out of Kenya may be required to present a negative COVID-19 PCR test certificate as per the requirements of their transit point or destination.

Travel to South Korea from China
From 3 January 2023, travellers who have visited and stayed in China in the last 7 days before travel to South Korea must complete their details on the Q Code or Health Questionnaire form. PCR test must be taken within one day from arrival at the airport test centre under own cost and wait for the result at designated location. Travellers, except children below 6 years old, who have transited through China in the past 7 days and stayed in the transit area without entering the country must present one of the following certificates:

Fully vaccinated passengers travelling to Nigeria are not required to take pre-departure and on-arrival COVID-19 PCR tests.

Unvaccinated or partially vaccinated passengers
Passengers travelling to Nigeria who are unvaccinated or partially vaccinated must take a COVID-19 PCR test within 48 hours before departure and undergo tests on days 2 and 7 at their own cost after arrival.
Children below 18 years old are not required to take a pre-departure COVID-19 PCR test.
Passengers are considered fully vaccinated if they have received 2 complete or mixed doses at least 14 days before travel of any of the following vaccines: Oxford AstraZeneca, Pfizer/Bio-Ntech, Moderna, Sputnik, Sinopharm, Sinovac, Covaxin, Covovax, or Nuvaxoid; or a single dose of the Janssen (Johnson&Johnson) or Sputnik Light vaccines.
Fully vaccinated passengers
All fully vaccinated passengers are required to present proof of complete vaccination, complete a Health Declaration Form on the Nigeria International Travel Portal(Opens page in a new tab) and present the printed Permit to Travel/QR code. You will not have to pay for on-arrival COVID-19 testing. Proof of vaccination and the Permit to Travel must be presented at the time of boarding.
Unvaccinated or partially vaccinated passengers
All unvaccinated or partially vaccinated passengers are required to complete a Health Declaration Form on the Nigeria International Travel Portal(Opens page in a new tab) and pay for COVID-19 PCR tests to be taken on days 2 and 7 after arrival in Nigeria. Your Permit to Travel/QR code must have a “PAID” status. Your negative COVID-19 PCR test result and Permit to Travel must be printed and presented at the time of boarding.
Children below 18 years are not required to take a pre-departure COVID-19 PCR test or pay for on-arrival testing but must present a completed health declaration form at the time of boarding.
Unvaccinated and partially vaccinated passengers are required to undergo 7 days self isolation in addition to a COVID-19 PCR test on days 2 and 7.
If you are flying from Nigeria, you must get your certificate from one of the labs listed in the designated laboratories(Opens a PDF in a new tab) document to be accepted on the flight.

Non-vaccinated Pakistani nationals travelling from abroad are exempted from mandatory vaccination for the following reasons. This category of passengers will be accepted for travel provided they present valid proof at check-in:
Note: There is no requirement of completing 14 days after the second dose of vaccination.
Passengers travelling from Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, or the United Arab Emirates may be subject to COVID-19 rapid antigen testing on arrival in Pakistan.
Passengers 12 years old and below are exempt from the COVID-19 rapid antigen testing requirement.
All returning Hajj pilgrims must undergo COVID-19 RAT testing on arrival at all airports in Pakistan.
Effective 24 Feb 2022, only non-vaccinated passengers 12 years and above are required to carry a negative certificate for a COVID-19 RT PCR test conducted within 72 hours prior to the departure of their flight. Fully vaccinated passengers 12 years and above do not require a COVID-19 RT-PCR test before travelling Pakistan provided they present a valid vaccination certificate at check-in.
The following tests are considered equivalent to PCR based tests for COVID-19: Real Time RT-PCR for Covid-19, Real Time RT-PCR for SARS-Cov-2, RT-PCR for COVID-19, RT-PCR for SARS-Cov-2, PCR for COVID-19, PCR for SARS-Cov-2, Xpert Xpress SARS-Cov-2 or SARS-Cov-2 GeneXpert.
All Non-vaccinated passengers and deportees must undergo rapid antigen testing on arrival in Pakistan.
The following passengers are exempted from PASS TRACK app requirements:

Non-vaccinated passengers 12 years old and above who test positive for COVID-19 on arrival in Pakistan will undergo a 10-day home quarantine following strict Trace, Test & Quarantine (TTQ) protocols.
Effective 1 December 2021, only fully vaccinated passengers 15 years old and above will be accepted for travel from Pakistan.
Exemptions apply to the following passenger categories:
Effective 16 November 2020 for passengers originating their journey from Pakistan to any destinations requiring COVID-19 PCR test, Emirates will only accept COVID-19 negative test certificate from a Pakistan Government Approved Lab* where a QR Code is embedded on their printed certificate for verification purpose.

All Philippine destinations (Manila, Clark and Cebu) are open to all travellers under the following travel categories:
A. All Filipinos including those who have proof of recognition as citizen (Identification Certificates) and those who reacquired their citizenship by presenting a Citizenship Retention and Reacquisition Certificate.
B. All foreign nationals may enter the Philippines provided they comply with the applicable visa requirements and immigration entry and departure formalities as well as the vaccination and testing requirements of the Philippine Bureau of Quarantine.
C. All temporary visitors must have valid tickets for their return journey to the port of origin or next port of destination within the legal duration of stay as defined by their visa.
However, this does not apply to foreign spouses and/or children of Filipino citizens and former Filipino citizens with Balikbayan Privileges (under RA9174).
Chinese nationals with a valid AJACS and Indian nationals with a valid AJACSSUK (AJACS, Singapore or UK) visa travelling for tourism or leisure will be accepted for visa-free entry to the Philippines. This does not apply to passengers travelling for business.

Foreign nationals who fail to comply with the requirements will be denied entry into the country.
D. Young Passengers and Unaccompanied minors (below 18 years old) arriving in the Philippines
All passengers travelling as Young Passengers or Unaccompanied Minors (below 18 years old) will be accepted for travel to the Philippines under the following conditions.
All passengers travelling as young passengers or unaccompanied minors (below 18 years old) must be coordinated by the sending station (origin) to the receiving Philippine station (final destination) at least 24 hours before travel for local coordination with the Philippine Bureau of Quarantine. All young passengers and unaccompanied minors without prior coordination will not be accepted for travel.

E. Passengers travelling as medical repatriates must get prior approval 3 days before the start of their journey.
F. Foreign diplomats and their dependents, foreign dignitaries and members of their delegation, 9(e) visa holders, personnel of Philippine Foreign Service Posts (FSPs) and their dependents, and Philippine government officials on official travel may travel whether vaccinated or not.
G. Transit passengers
The following passengers can now transfer through different terminals:
a) Foreign nationals who comply with the visa requirements to enter the Philippines
b) Foreign passengers allowed to enter the country under Executive Order 408 (EO 408)
c) Foreign passengers who are not required to present a visa to enter the Philippines
Passengers must comply with all the applicable health requirements and minimum public health standards during their transit.

All passengers, both Filipinos and foreign nationals, will be accepted for travel whether fully vaccinated, partially vaccinated or whose vaccination status cannot be independently validated provided that they follow the COVID-19 testing requirements.
A. e-Travel Registration
All passengers (including children and infants) and crew bound for Manila (MNL), Cebu (CEB) and Clark (CRK) are advised to register to e-Travel within 72 hours before travel to avoid inconvenience upon arrival.

Fully vaccinated passengers will no longer be required to undergo facility-based quarantine. Travellers, whether Filipino or foreign national, who test positive for COVID-19 on arrival must undergo the latest quarantine and isolation protocols of the Philippine Department of Health.
A. Fully vaccinated individuals
Fully vaccinated travellers, both Filipinos and foreign nationals are no longer required to take a pre-departure COVID-19 test.
Passengers are considered fully vaccinated if they meet the following conditions:

Filipino nationals who have recovered from COVID 19 but test positive in the pre departure RT PCR or antigen test may be accepted for travel if they are able to present the following documents:
- was an asymptomatic, mild, moderate, severe or critical case of COVID 19
- has completed the mandatory isolation period
- is no longer infectious
- has been allowed free movement and travel

There are no longer any COVID-19 entry restrictions for travel to Saudi Arabia. This includes requirements for testing, vaccination, quarantine and entry forms.
Entry into Saudi Arabia is currently suspended for passengers coming from Iran. This includes passengers coming from other countries if they have passed through Iran in the past 14 days before their arrival in Saudi Arabia. This does not apply to passengers who have spent 14 days or more in another country.
Visit visa holders are required to have insurance to cover the costs of COVID 19 treatment during their stay in Saudi Arabia.
Passengers travelling to Saudi Arabia can register their vaccination details online before their departure on the MUQEEM portal in order to be able to register on the TAWAKKALNA app.

Saudi nationals travelling outside Saudi Arabia must have received the booster dose of a COVID 19 vaccine if at least 8 months have passed since you received the second required dose. This does not apply to passengers below 16 years old and passengers who belong to exempted categories according to Tawakkalna app.
Saudi nationals who have received all the required doses of an approved COVID 19 vaccine in Saudi Arabia must update their status on the Tawakkala app.

Passengers who are not fully vaccinated must present a negative COVID-19 PCR or RT-PCR test result issued not more than 72 hours before departure from the first embarkation point. The test result must be in English or French.
The test certificate must be issued by a laboratory located in the state from which the customer commences their journey and is listed on the list of laboratories approved by this State or a health organization internationally recognized.
Fully vaccinated passengers are not required to take a pre-departure test provided they present a vaccination certificate duly issued by the competent services. The vaccination certificate must certify that the passenger has received the required doses of the vaccine at least 14 days before the travel date.
Children below 2 years old are exempt from the vaccination certificate requirement.
Fully vaccinated passengers are exempt from pre-departure PCR testing provided they present a vaccination certificate duly issued by the competent services.
The vaccination certificate must certify that the passenger has received the required doses of the vaccine at least fourteen days before the travel date and must contain a QR code.

From 29 April 2022, under the Vaccinated Travel Framework (VTF), Singapore will allow all travellers (both vaccinated, partially vaccinated and unvaccinated) from all countries/regions to enter Singapore quarantine-free.
Unvaccinated or partially vaccinated passengers arriving from 29 August 2022 will no longer be required to serve a Stay-Home Notice (SHN) order or undergo an exit-SHN COVID-19 PCR test. However, unvaccinated or partially vaccinated passengers must present results for any of the following tests taken no more than 2 days before departure:
Vaccinated, partially vaccinated and unvaccinated passengers will be accepted for travel on all flights to Singapore.
Travellers who have visited any countries or regions on the MOH’s Restricted Category in the past seven days before travelling to Singapore must undergo a 7-day quarantine and PCR tests. There are currently no countries or regions in the Restricted Category.
Short Term Visitors / COVID-19 Travel Insurance
Short term visitors holding passports or travel documents issued by a visa-required country/region must apply for an entry visa. These travellers must ensure they have travel insurance covering COVID-19, with at least USD 30,000 medical coverage.

All travellers are strongly encouraged to submit the SG Arrival Card (SGAC)(Opens a PDF in a new tab), within 3 days before the date of arrival in Singapore and present their SGAC acknowledgment email with any relevant supporting documentation at check-in for their flight to Singapore. Please note that the physical arrival card (white card) is no longer accepted. There are three sections on the SGAC to be completed:

All vaccination certificates, regardless of place of issuance and whether digitally verifiable or not, will be accepted as proof of vaccination. Children 12 years old and below are exempt from the vaccination requirement. Transiting in Singapore
Passengers can now transit within 48 hours via Singapore.
Travellers scheduled to transit or transfer in Singapore will no longer be required to take a pre‑departure test or further COVID‑19 tests upon arrival, unless it is an entry requirement for their destination country.
The following conditions apply to connecting passengers:
Transits through Singapore to Mainland China and Hong Kong SAR may be limited or restricted. Kindly check the entry requirements of your final destination, as well operational updates on the accepting carrier between Singapore to these destinations.
From 26 April 2022, fully vaccinated passengers travelling to Singapore will not be required to undergo pre-departure testing, except for non-Malaysian Work Permit Holders (WPHs) holding an In-Principle Approval (IPA) in the Construction, Marine Shipyard and Process (CMP) sectors.

The vaccination requirements for entry do not apply to travellers below 13 years old at the time of arrival (i.e., aged 12 and below by year of birth)
Pass holders who cannot be vaccinated due to special considerations will be issued with an exemption letter by a Singapore Government Agency and must present this at check in.
All work pass holders, Student’s Pass holders, their dependents, and holders of an In-Principle Approval (IPA) letter must be fully vaccinated to enter Singapore. This includes passengers with travel history to all countries/regions, including Category I and II.
From 1 February 2022, 00:01 (Singapore time), all Work Pass holders, Student’s Pass holders and their dependants, and holders of an In-Principle Approval (IPA) letter entering Singapore must present one of the following proofs of vaccination at check-in:
All passengers entering Singapore, have to submit an electronic Singapore Arrival Card with Health Declaration (eHDC).
This can be done via the SG Arrival Card (SGAC) e-Service(Opens an external website in a new tab) or via the mobile application (to be downloaded from Apple AppStore or Google Play).

The SG Arrival Card (SGAC) is not a mandatory pre-boarding document. While travellers are encouraged to submit the SGAC at check-in, they will be accepted on board without presenting the SGAC acknowledgement email. Passengers may still complete the SGAC on arrival in Singapore before clearing arrival immigration.

All seamen are required to hold these documents: In Principal Approval (IPA) issued by ICA and a Letter of Guarantee (LG) issued by the shipping company.

From 17 March 2022, 2359hrs (SGT), the following documents are required to request entry approval for cruise crew.
This will specifically apply to cruise crew signing on to either one of the 3 cruise ships below:
The application must include the cruise crew’s negative pre-departure test result or a valid proof of recovery and their vaccination status.
Unvaccinated or partially vaccinated passengers arriving from 29 August 2022 will no longer be required to serve a Stay-Home Notice (SHN) order, nor be subject to an exit-SHN COVID-19 PCR test.
All travellers are required to install and activate the TraceTogether mobile application. Travellers 6 years old and below and passengers who are unable to use a mobile device due to a certified disability/special need can obtain a TraceTogether token after arrival in Singapore.
Age is calculated based on calendar year. If a passenger is entering Singapore in 2021, those born in or after 2004 are not required to present documentary proof of vaccination.

There are no longer any COVID-19 entry restrictions for travel to South Africa. Passengers are no longer required to hold a COVID-19 vaccination certificate or a COVID-19 test result to enter the country. Quarantine restrictions have also been lifted.

From 13 October 2022, there are changes to quarantine policies
Masks are required on-board and at the airport in your destination.
Effective 29 September 2022, visa exemptions for eligible countries are reinstated:
Transfers to cities in China, except Hong Kong and Macao, are not allowed.
Transfers from cities in China, except Hong Kong and Macao, are not allowed.
From 13 October 2022, arriving travellers will no longer be required to make a health declaration on the Quarantine System for Entry before arrival and to have a mobile phone with a Taiwanese number.
Arriving travellers will no longer be required to quarantine and will instead undergo a seven-day period of ‘self-initiated prevention’ after arrival.
Testing measures are listed below:
The test results will not be recorded. Arriving travellers should follow the Self-initiated Prevention Guidelines if they test positive with a rapid test.
In consideration of the age limit on who can use at-home rapid test kits, children under two years of age will not be required to take rapid tests during the self-initiated prevention period.
In line with the Civil Aeronautics Administration of Taiwan notice issued on 14 June 2022 and according to the order of the Central Epidemic Command Centre for Severe Special Infectious Pneumonia, the number of weekly inbound arrivals will be controlled from 15 June. The Taiwanese Government requires compliance with the law to carry limited numbers of inbound passengers. The affected passengers are advised to contact the Central Epidemic Command Centre for details.

Removal of the Health Control Form requirement.

Travellers entering Tanzania, including Tanzanian nationals, returning residents and passengers transiting through land borders who are:
a. Fully vaccinated will be exempt from both COVID-19 RT-PCR and rapid antigen testing requirements. Travellers will be required to present a valid vaccination certificate with a QR code for verification on arrival. The only accepted vaccines are those approved by the URT and the World Health Organization.
b. Not fully vaccinated, unvaccinated and those not eligible for vaccination due to their country policy will be required to present a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR or NAATs test certificate with a QR code issued within 72 hours before departure. Passengers travelling from countries listed on the Ministry of Health website(Opens an external website in a new tab) must undergo rapid antigen testing on arrival at their own cost of USD 10 (TZS 23,000). Travellers who test positive they undergo RT-PCR testing to confirm and will be allowed to self-isolate while waiting for their results.
c. The following rules apply to partially vaccinated or unvaccinated travellers who do not have a negative pre-departure COVID-19 RT-PCR certificate:

There are no longer any COVID 19 entry restrictions for travel to Thailand. This includes requirements for testing, vaccination, quarantine and entry forms. There are, however, changes to the requirements for travel to Thailand from India and China.
Wearing face masks is not mandatory but recommended during your flight and stay in Thailand.
Passengers connecting on an international flight from Bangkok
The passenger’s booking should include the connecting flight detail.
Thai and non-Thai nationals must complete all the requirements of their final destination.
Passengers travelling from yellow fever endemic
Yellow fever endemic countries are:
Africa: Angola, Benin, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, Congo, Cote d’ Ivoire, Democratic Republic of Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Ethiopia, Gabon, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Kenya, Liberia, Mali, Mauritania, Niger, Nigeria, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Sudan, South Sudan, Togo, Uganda
South America: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Columbia, Ecuador, French Guyana, Guyana, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuela
Passengers travelling from the 42 counties specified must present a yellow fever vaccine certificate in electronic health declaration form (T.8) at Thai Health Pass(Opens an external website in a new tab). The QR code you receive upon completing the form is valid for a maximum of 3 days from your date of entry. This QR code will be no expire for Thai nationals and air crew.
Non-Thai passengers travelling from a country that requires pre-departure testing must have health insurance to be accepted for travel to Thailand. From 10 January 2023, passengers travelling from the following countries require health insurance for travel:
The insurance must cover the duration of their stay in Thailand plus an additional 7 days from their planned date of departure. Insurance must not be less than USD 10,000 and cover treatment for COVID-19 related costs. Passengers travelling to Thailand for business or as students can present a letter from their host or other form of insurance covering the same for the duration of their stay. Proof of funds such as a guarantee letter from the organization or authority, Thai Social Security Fund card, etc. will also be accepted.
The following categories of passengers are exempt from the health insurance requirement:
There are no requirements for COVID-19 testing for travel to Thailand. However, passengers who present COVID-19 symptoms while travelling will be advised to test on arrival.

There are changes to the COVID-19 testing requirements and rules for transiting through Libya.
Nationalities who are eligible for travel to Tunisia can now be accepted for travel, including nationalities who are eligible for visa on arrival services.
Passengers will be accepted based on meeting all requirements.
All non-resident passengers are required to have a return ticket. All non Tunisian residents (holding valid residence cards) are not required to have a return ticket.
Visa on arrival must be pre approved with an application submitted by the sponsor to Immigration HQ in Tunisia.
Non-vaccinated passengers
Non vaccinated passengers older than 18 years old must present a negative certificate for a COVID-19 PCR or rapid test.
Vaccinated passengers
All fully vaccinated passengers must have a COVID-19 vaccine certificate from the health authorities of the country of origin.
Recovered passengers who have only completed one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine in the last 7 days must have both a negative COVID-19 PCR certificate and a COVID-19 vaccine certificate from the health authorities of the country of origin.
Exemptions:
Passengers below 8 years old are not required to present a COVID-19 test certificate or vaccine certificate.
COVID-19 PCR test certificates should not be older than 48 hours at time of travel. COVID-19 PCR test certificates older than 48 hours are invalid for travel.
COVID-19 rapid test certificates should not be older than 24 hours at time of travel. COVID 19 rapid test certificates older than 24 hours will not be accepted for travel.
The COVID-19 test certificate for all passengers must have a readable QR code or has been issued by a registered clinic authorised by the health authorities of the country of origin.
The COVID-19 test certificate must be printed, digital copies will not be accepted.
Ministry of Health Authority staff may select passengers to undergo COVID-19 rapid tests on arrival on a random basis.
Passengers who are not fully vaccinated are required to self-quarantine for 5 days on arrival in Tunisia.
Transit passengers
All nationalities may be accepted for transit in Tunisia, provided they meet the entry requirements for their final destination.
All nationalities may transit in Tunisia without a visa (TWOV) provided they remain in the transit hall for a maximum connecting time of 24 hours.
Transit to Libya for non-Libyan passengers who plan to transit in Tunisia and continue their journey to Libya must have a Non Objection Letter provided by the sponsor and approval to board by the Libyan carrier inserted in their booking.
Transit Passengers to Libya, above 12 years old are not required to present a pre-departure COVID-19 PCR test certificate provided they have a vaccination certificate confirming that they have received 2 doses of a COVID-19 vaccine and they received the last required dose at least 14 days but not more than 6 months before travel. If 6 months has passed since they received the second dose of a vaccine, they must have a booster shot to be accepted for travel.
All passengers who are not fully vaccinated are not permitted to enter the airport or travel out of Tunisia.
All passengers are advised to arrive at check in 4 hours before departure with all the correct documents required for their destination of travel.
Documents must be printed and soft copies will not be accepted.
Check in counters will close 90 minutes prior to departure.
The boarding gate will open 60 minutes prior to departure.

Travel to Turkey from China
All passengers except children 6 years old and below who are travelling from China must present a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test result issued not more than 48 hours before departure from the first departure country. Travellers are also subject to random antigen testing on arrival.

There are changes to the requirements for travelling from Uganda.
Visa on arrival services in Uganda are suspended for majority of countries.
All travellers holding ordinary passports from countries whose citizens are required to have visas to enter Uganda will be required to apply for visas online(Opens an external website in a new tab) prior to travel, and will receive an approved notification that they must print and carry with them as travel authorisation.
Exempted countries are:
Non-vaccinated or partially vaccinated passengers must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test done within 72 hours before departure from the first embarkation point. The 72 hours start when the sample is collected, and passengers must not display any signs or symptoms of any infectious disease before boarding.
The COVID-19 PCR test must be taken at a laboratory approved by the country where the passenger's journey starts.
A passenger who shows signs and symptoms of an infectious disease on arrival will be taken to an isolation centre.
If a passenger tests positive for COVID-19 he/she will be taken to a COVID-19 treatment centre, or repatriated for treatment outside Uganda at their own cost following COVID-19 medical evacuation procedures.
Children below 5 years old are exempt from the COVID-19 testing requirements.
Passengers travelling from India
Passengers travelling from India are required to have a negative COVID-19 PCR test done 72 hours prior to travel, and they will be subjected to mandatory PCR testing upon arrival irrespective of the vaccination status, at their own cost.
Fully vaccinated passengers are not required to present a pre-departure COVID-19 test certificate.
Children below 5 years old are exempt from the vaccination requirements.
All vaccination types are accepted for entry into Uganda.

Travel from Mainland China (excluding Hong Kong and Macau) to the UK
The following rules apply to all passengers travelling on direct and indirect flights originating from Mainland China (an indirect flight involves stops in one or more other countries or territories before arriving into UK). The rules apply if the UK is your destination, or if you will be transiting through the UK.
All passengers arriving in the UK, regardless of vaccination status, must have a valid negative result for a COVID‑19 PCR or LAMP or LFD test taken within 2 days of their departure from Mainland China.
Children aged 11 or under are exempt from the requirement to complete a pre-departure test.
