Get a feel for the flight before you board. You can explore our virtual cabins and choose where you’d like to sit.

We’ll allocate an accessible seat on the aisle if you need one. Our seats have moveable armrests to make it easier to transfer between your seat and the onboard wheelchair. We can also allocate a seat for hidden disabilities such as autism if you have sensory sensitivities.
You can also pay to choose a seat, whether you prefer extra legroom, by the window or on the aisle. Depending on your cabin class you may be able to choose a standard seat for free and it’s free to select regular seats during online check-in.
Exit row seats
For safety reasons, we’re unable to offer an exit row seat to passengers who are unable to move unassisted or cannot respond to and follow instructions from the cabin crew.

All our seats have arm rests that lift and our Economy Class and Premium Economy seats have a push button recline. Our Premium Economy seats also have leg rests that you can raise as well as a foot rest.
Our First Class and Business Class seats have a power recline into lie flat comfort, controlled by buttons on a panel to the side of the seat. On selected aircraft, you can also control the seat functions from a touchscreen tablet controller.
All seats in First Class and Business Class on our A380, A350 and selected Boeing 777 aircraft have direct access to the aisle.
If you have specific requirements for your seat, please contact us before you fly.

We’re the first Autism Certified Airline. The certification was awarded by the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES). It means our cabin crew and our teams on the ground are trained to understand and support customers with autism or sensory sensitivities.

Our cabin crew can get anything you need from the stowage and overhead lockers, and they can help you around the aircraft using our onboard wheelchair. We can also stow mobility aids such as a walking stick or crutches.
You can find out more about checking in a wheelchair and airport assistance on our page about travelling with a wheelchair.

Our cabin crew are trained in first aid for medical emergencies on board. Our aircraft are equipped with comprehensive medical kits and defibrillators for use by the cabin crew. Some flights have the latest telemetry equipment to transmit data so that medical teams on the ground can assess patients while they are still in the air.
If you need to administer medications, or need help with personal care, assistance in the lavatories, or you are unable to transfer to a wheelchair, you will need to travel with an assistant.

Your service dog may be able to travel with you in the cabin or in a designated part of the aircraft hold. You can find out more on our page about travelling with a guide dog or service dog.
