This Birthday promotion (the “Promotion”) is brought to you by Emirates, a corporation established by Dubai Ruler’s Decree No. 2 of 1985 (as amended) having its principal office at Emirates Group Headquarters, Airport Road, P.O. Box 686, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Emirates”).
 
These terms and conditions together with the general terms and conditions that are applicable to the Emirates Skywards Programme (together the "Terms") govern your use of the Emirates Skywards Programme and set out the rules of participation in the Promotion. By participating in the Promotion, you guarantee that you have the authority to accept these Terms and you agree to be bound by the Terms.
 
In the event of any dispute regarding the Terms and all other matters relating to the Promotion, Emirates decision will be final and binding and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
 
The Promotion shall be valid only for the booking period specified in the Email (the “Promotion Period”).
 
  1. You are eligible to participate in this promotion as long as you are at least 18 (eighteen) years of age, an existing Emirates Skywards Member during the Birthday Month, have received this “Birthday offer” in the monthly statement email directly from Emirates and meet all Terms and Conditions set out in the Emirates Skywards Programme Rules (the “Eligible Member”).
  2. Eligible Members can use promo code 25SKBD at checkout to receive 25% off full-priced items.
  3. The discount is not applicable to the “Aircrafted by Emirates” collection, or any range that supports charitable initiatives.
  4. Sale or discounted items may be purchased, but no further discount will apply to items already reduced in price.
  5. Only one promotional offer or discount may be applied per transaction. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, voucher, or discount.
  6. The promo code must be entered at checkout on www.emirates.store to avail the discount.
  7. Members will not be able to earn or redeem Miles on transactions under this offer.
  8. This offer is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  9. Members who have not received this email with the Birthday Promotion directly from Emirates will not be considered as Eligible Members.
