Important information

Earn Miles

  • To claim missing Skywards Miles for flights completed within the last six months, provide your flight details using Live Chat.
  • Miles can only be earned on S7 operated flights and are not valid on codeshare flights.
  • Bookings in classes O, Q, I, U, P, W, G, X and E are not eligible to earn Miles.

Spend Miles

  • Reward tickets are subject to availability
  • Rewards are only valid on S7 operated flights with the flight code S7.
  • Miles needed as stated are for direct flights only. Where no direct service is operated, two or more rewards may be required.
  • Reward flights can be booked for both one-way and round-trip travel.
  • Reward ticket coupons cannot be used out of sequence.
  • All flights must be confirmed at the time of Miles redemption. Waitlists are not permitted.
  • Reward tickets are valid for 12 months from the original ticketed date with a maximum stay of three months.
  • Reward values are exclusive of taxes, fuel surcharge and other charges. These need to be paid separately
  • Children and infants occupying a seat and travelling on reward tickets will need to redeem the same number of Miles as that of an adult member. Infant rewards are not permitted.
  • Other restrictions apply.
  • Baggage Allowance for reward tickets:
  • Economy Class: 1 bag total weight of 23kg + 1 hand luggage up to 10 kg
  • Business Class: 2 bags total weight of 32kg + 1 hand luggage up to 15 kg
  • Emirates Skywards Programme Rules apply.
