No change fees apply to this voucher, so you have more flexibility to reschedule when you’re ready to travel again. The value of your travel voucher will be equivalent to the amount you paid for your original booking. Please note that we can only provide a travel voucher for the part of your booked itinerary that you have not completed.

Keep your ticket

You can extend the validity of your ticket up to 24 months from the date you made your original booking. We will accept the fare you paid for any flight at any time within this period. If you’re booking is fully cancelled you don't have to decide or contact us right now. Just call our contact centre when you’re ready to book again. If you have flights still showing on your booking please call us to cancel them.

Tickets booked through a travel agent

If you booked your ticket through a travel agent, you can choose to keep your original ticket or request a refund, subject to the fare conditions on your original booking. Please contact your travel agent to arrange this.

Travel voucher terms and conditions

  • Travel vouchers are valid for one year from date the voucher was issued and can be used for any Emirates product or service.
  • Travel vouchers are issued per passenger and are non-transferable.
  • You can use the travel voucher throughout the year for multiple transactions if you wish to (up to its value).
  • You will also receive travel vouchers for any services you have paid for associated to your ticket.
  • We will send your travel voucher to the email address you enter while completing this form.
  • Should you be unable to travel for 12 months from the date we issued your voucher, you will be entitled to a refund of the full fare you paid for your original flight or be able to extend the voucher for another year.
