Your ticket options

You have the option to keep your ticket and use it at any time in the next 24 months. It doesn’t cost anything extra to change your flight and you can even change your destination. However, if you prefer not to keep your ticket for later, you can complete our form to request a refund.

We will process any refund according to the applicable law and your fare conditions advised at the time you purchased your ticket.

For tickets booked through a travel agent

You can keep your original ticket and fly later, or request a refund.

How to request a refund:

Use the refund form if you bought your ticket more than 24 months ago. If you bought your ticket within the last 24 months, please contact your travel agent for a refund.
