When you book your flight online, you’ll receive your unique code in the flight booking confirmation email. You’ll need to exchange this code for tickets to enjoy your complimentary City Sightseeing Hop-on Hop-off 24-hour bus ticket and access to Aquaventure World and Lost World Aquarium.
For flights booked via Emirates Contact Centres, retail stores or participating travel agents, you can claim your access codes while booking or send an email to emiratesoffer@emirates.com. Send your request at least 96 hours before arrival in Dubai with your booking reference, date of arrival in Dubai, names of all passengers in your booking, phone number, and the email address where we can send your access codes.
