The “My Emirates Pass” Summer Programme 2026 (the “Programme”) means the added-value offer provided by Emirates, a corporation established by Dubai Ruler’s Decree No. 2 of 1985 (as amended), having its principal office at Emirates Group Headquarters, Airport Road, P.O. Box 686, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and hosted via the website found at www.emirates.com/myemiratespass (the “Website”).
These terms and conditions, together with the Partner’s terms and conditions and the general terms and conditions applicable to your use of and access to the Website (together the “Terms”), govern participation in the Programme in the State of Kuwait.
By participating in the Programme, you confirm that you have the legal authority and capacity to accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them.
In the event of any dispute regarding these Terms or any other matters relating to the Programme, Emirates’ decision shall be final and binding, subject always to applicable laws of the State of Kuwait.
Definitions
“Benefit” means the benefits to be provided to eligible passengers including, but not limited to, discounts, services or other advantages offered by participating Partners, as detailed on the Website. Terms and conditions relating to such Benefits may vary between Partners.
“Partner” means a retailer or service provider participating in the Programme during the Programme Period and operating within the State of Kuwait, as listed on the Website.
“Programme Period” means 01 April 2026 until 30 September 2026 excluding official public holidays in the State of Kuwait, unless otherwise stated by a Partner.
Participation in the Programme
To participate, passengers must, during the Programme Period, present:
at the premises of participating Partners in Kuwait (the “Passenger”) in order to avail of the Benefits.
It is the Passenger’s responsibility to ensure that any identification provided is valid and accurately represents them. Partners reserve the right to refuse participation if adequate identification is not provided.
Passengers are expected to conduct themselves in an appropriate and lawful manner at all Partner premises. Partners reserve the right to deny Benefits to any Passenger who fails to comply with these standards.
The Programme is void where prohibited by law. Individuals subject to applicable sanctions, export controls, or other legal restrictions under Kuwaiti law or international regulations are not eligible to participate. Each Passenger must ensure that participation is lawful under the laws of the State of Kuwait and any other applicable jurisdiction. Emirates makes no representations regarding the legality of participation in any jurisdiction.
Benefits are subject to the terms and conditions imposed by each Partner, which may be amended from time to time. Details will be available on the Website or directly from the Partner. Unless otherwise specified, Benefits are valid only for the Passenger named on the boarding pass.
Any Passenger who fails to comply with the Terms or eligibility criteria may be deemed ineligible at the discretion of Emirates and/or the Partner.
The Programme is strictly for personal use only. It is non-transferable and void if sold, exchanged, or otherwise transferred for value. Benefits are not redeemable for cash. All Benefits are subject to availability, and advance reservation may be required.
Passengers are solely responsible for all costs and expenses associated with the use of the Benefits, including but not limited to transportation, insurance, accommodation, food, taxes, fees, service charges, and any incidental expenses. Passengers shall also be liable for any damage caused to Partner property by themselves or their accompanying persons.
Personal Information
Emirates collects and processes Passenger personal data (“Data”) for the purpose of administering the Programme.
Data may be disclosed to third parties providing services in connection with the Programme, including Partners operating in Kuwait. Emirates may transfer Data to jurisdictions outside Kuwait, including the United Arab Emirates, which may not provide the same level of data protection as Kuwait. However, Emirates shall process all Data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including Kuwait Law No. 20 of 2014 concerning Electronic Transactions and any other applicable data protection regulations in force.
By participating in the Programme and providing Data, the Passenger consents to such collection, processing, storage, and transfer.
Where the Passenger consents to receive the Emirates Newsletter or marketing communications, Emirates may retain and use the Data for such purposes, including sharing with Emirates offices, affiliated companies, authorized agents, and third-party service providers offering related travel services (e.g., hotels, car rental, transfers), in accordance with applicable law.
Passengers wishing to access or correct their Data should contact the local Emirates office in Kuwait.
Emirates Liability
Inclusion of a Partner in the Programme does not constitute endorsement of that Partner’s goods or services. Emirates accepts no responsibility or liability for the quality, safety, or delivery of services or goods provided by any Partner and shall not compensate any Passenger for services or goods not received.
Partners act as independent third parties and are solely responsible for the provision of their goods and services. Nothing in this Programme shall be construed as creating any partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between Emirates and any Partner. Participation in any activity offered by a Partner is entirely at the Passenger’s own risk.
Emirates shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, liability, or disappointment (whether direct or indirect) arising from:
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted under applicable Kuwaiti law.
Passengers agree to indemnify Emirates against any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from their breach of these Terms or misuse of the Programme.
Intellectual Property
Participation in the Programme does not grant any rights in or to any intellectual property owned by Emirates or its Partners.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable under Kuwaiti law, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait. The courts of Kuwait shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Programme, subject to any mandatory provisions of applicable law.
General
This Programme may not be combined with other discounts, promotions, or loyalty programmes unless expressly stated.
Emirates reserves the right to amend, vary, suspend, or terminate the Programme and/or these Terms at any time, in whole or in part, subject to applicable laws and regulations in Kuwait.
