Find and book travel assistance with Emirates

If you need support along your journey, we can provide assistance services throughout the airport and on your flight.

Tell us how we can support you when you book. You can make a request through Manage a booking, or call us at least 48 hours before you travel. There’s a list of our local numbers here. Your travel agent can also make the arrangements. If you’re flying from the USA or Canada, you can contact us on our text telephone (TTY) number 1‑888‑3201576.
