Arriving in Dubai

You’ll arrive at Emirates Terminal 3 at Dubai International airport (DXB), our home in the UAE. If you’d like assistance, we can arrange to help you from the aircraft through to the pickup point at the entrance of the terminal. Contact us 48 hours before you fly.

Discounts and services in Dubai with a Sanad card

Residents, citizens and visitors to Dubai who have disabilities can apply for a Sanad card. This gives you access to a host of discounts and helpful services across the city, like free or discounted entry to some of Dubai’s biggest attractions, an accessible parking permit, half-price taxi fares and much more.

Some of the benefits include:

  • Disabled parking permit
  • 50% off taxi fares
  • Free public transport with a Nol card covering the Dubai Metro, Dubai Tram, public buses and ferries
  • Free entry and discounts at big attractions like At The Top Burj Khalifa, Dubai Museum, public parks, Etihad Museum, Dubai Frame and others
  • Exclusive discounts on shopping, dining, at pharmacies and on telecoms like Etisalat and Du
  • Priority and discounts on healthcare and medical services

How to apply

You can apply for the Sanad Tourist Card through the Dubai Now app on arrival. It will be issued within a day and it lasts for two months.

What you’ll need

  • Digital copy of a certified medical report or an official disability card from your home country
  • Digital copy of a recent high-quality photo of you sized 4 x 5 cm
