Dubai Connect visa request

Enjoy a smooth journey and let us arrange your Dubai visa before you depart.

Simply send the following documents to DubaiConnect@emirates.com(Opens your default email programme) so we can process your visa through UAE immigration:

• Travel dates
• Copy of your Emirates ticket (with the Emirates logo) showing the passenger name and flight details
• Emirates booking reference
• Copy of your valid visa for the country of destination
• Copy of your valid visa for the country of origin (if a visa is required for re-entry)
• Clear colour copy of your passport with at least 6 months validity
• Passport-sized photograph (colour with a white background)
• Email address so we can share your visa status

We’ll send you updates and email your visa to you once it has been issued.

Visas are issued at the discretion of UAE Immigration. Emirates is not responsible for visas that are rejected or not granted. Dubai Connect visas will only be processed 14 days prior to departure, and up to 48 hours before departure. This is due to the validity of the visa after issuance.

Important:

• If you are travelling on an Iraqi, Iranian, Pakistani or Afghan passport, please include a copy of your national ID
• If you are travelling on an Indian passport, please provide a copy of both the first and last page of information
