Cancelling or changing a booking FAQs
Yes, you can cancel your flight booking.
Normally, when you cancel or change a flight, you might have to pay a change fee, or not be eligible to receive a full refund. Because of the current COVID-19 situation, we’ve introduced more options to our cancellation policy, which means you now have more choice and flexibility when cancelling your booking.
You can cancel or change your booking on Manage your booking(opens in the same window) on our website, using your name and flight reference number to find your booking. Find out more about the flexible cancellation options available to all of our passengers on our ticket options information page(opens in the same window) . As well as cancellations and refunds, you can also extend the validity of your ticket.
You can make changes to your booking and add extras to your flight through the Change my booking link on Manage a Booking(opens in the same window). You’ll be able to select this link if your booking is eligible for online changes. You might be charged for certain changes, depending on the fare conditions of your ticket.

For any changes you can’t make online, you can contact your travel agent or call our Contact Centres if you booked with us directly.
Alternatively, if your flight has been cancelled or impacted by COVID-19 restrictions, you can hold on to your ticket and get in touch with us or your travel agent when flights resume or if you want to change your travel plans.

No, any changes you make online will apply to everyone in your booking. To change a flight for just one person, you will need to contact us or the travel agent who made your booking.
However, if you want to change seats, book a dietary meal or add services for individual passengers, you can do that through Manage your booking.
