Keep your ticket for the future
You can extend the validity of your ticket up to 24 months from the date you made your original booking. We will accept the fare you paid for any flight at any time within this period. If you’re booking is fully cancelled you don't have to decide or contact us right now. Just call our contact centre when you’re ready to book again. If you have flights still showing on your booking please call us to cancel them.

Customers who booked directly with Emirates can visit the Travel Voucher webpage. Customers who booked with a travel agent must contact them for further assistance with their bookings.
To receive the latest notifications on your flight, customers should ensure their contact details are updated by visiting manage my booking.
If you’re an Emirates Skywards Silver, Gold or Platinum member, with a tier review date prior to 1 March 2021 you can take advantage of the added flexibility of retaining your membership status with just 80% of the travel requirements.
Skywards Silver, Gold and Platinum members with a tier review date between March 2020 and June 2020 who are unable to retain their existing tier will have their current tier status extended until 30 September 2020.
