Friendly Airport Limousine offers daily services connecting Narita International Airport and Central Tokyo. As one of the world’s largest airport bus companies, they are experts in providing convenient and comfortable services in one of the biggest cities in the world.
Friendly Airport Limousine (FAL) offers segments to and from Narita International Airport (NRT) and any applicable pick-up/drop off points in Tokyo (LMJ)*.

How to book
You can book your FAL bus tickets on emirates.com, an online travel agency or any travel agent.
When booking your journey, simply select the respective city as departure or destination as you would if you were booking a normal flight. You’ll find a combination of buses and flights that match your search criteria. FAL buses will have a 9B flight number between 9900 and 9930.
General check-in process
- Access check-in.accesrail.com within 72 hours of the scheduled bus departure
- Enter your name and your record locator or ticket number on the webpage
- Download/Print your FAL bus ticket
You’ll need to present your ticket to board the bus.
The issued travel documents include a Friendly Airport Limousine Bus Ticket and a page containing information on connections between airport and bus stations.
Airport Transfers
Please print the boarding pass and present it at one of the Friendly Airport Limousine Bus Ticket Counters indicated in the following pages to exchange for your travel document. Please note that valid passenger identification is required for confirmation purposes at the time of exchange.
