Terms and Conditions

This promotion (the “Promotion”) is brought to you by Emirates, a corporation established by Dubai Ruler’s Decree No. 2 of 1985 (as amended) having its principal office at Emirates Group Headquarters, Airport Road, P.O. Box 686, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Emirates”) and hosted via the website found at www.emirates.com (“Website”).

These terms and conditions together with the general terms and conditions that are applicable to your use of and access to the Website (together the "Terms") govern your use of the Website and set out the rules of participation in the Promotion. By participating in this Promotion, you guarantee that you have the authority to accept these Terms and you agree to be bound by the Terms.

In the event of any dispute regarding the Terms, results and all other matters relating to the Promotion, Emirates decision will be final and binding and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into. Unless otherwise provided herein, capitalised terms used in these Terms shall have the meanings attributed to them in the Emirates Skywards Programme Rules.

Participation in this Promotion is open to all Emirates Skywards members and all Skywards Skysurfers, provided that they meet the Terms and Conditions set out below and the Emirates Skywards Programme Rules (the “Eligible Member”).

Eligible Members will earn an additional bonus of 20% Tier Miles on any one‑way or return journeys completed from 8 May 2026 to 31 August 2026 (the “Bonus Tier Miles Offer ”), as long as such travel is on an Emirates‑marketed flight operated by Emirates or flydubai, or a flydubai‑marketed flight operated by flydubai or Emirates, irrespective of the cabin, fare brand, channel or date of booking (the “Eligible Activity”). Any travel that has been booked or flown using Classic Reward tickets or on any codeshare and interline flights are not considered an Eligible Activity. For the avoidance of doubt, any flights that would not normally earn Tier Miles will not be considered an Eligible Activity. The Bonus Tier Miles Offer will be posted to an Eligible Member’s Emirates Skywards Account within 48 hours of completing an Eligible Activity, as long as the Eligible Member has quoted their Membership number at the time of booking. The Bonus Tier Miles Offer shall be calculated as 20% of the Tier Miles that would normally be earned in respect of an Eligible Activity. Tier Miles earned under the Bonus Tier Miles Offer shall automatically be credited to the Eligible Member’s Emirates Skywards Account and applied towards Membership Tier upgrade or Membership Tier renewal, as applicable. Once an Eligible Member renews or upgrades their Membership Tier using the Bonus Tier Miles Offer, no further bonus Tier Miles will be credited under this Bonus Tier Miles offer, including for any upcoming journeys that might otherwise qualify as Eligible Activities under this Promotion.

Eligible Members in Skywards Silver, Gold and Platinum Tier, as well as Skysurfers in Silver and Gold Tier with Membership Tier Review Date from 31 May 2026 to 31 August 2026 will retain their Membership Tier by earning a reduced Tier Miles or Qualifying Flights requirement as defined below (collectively referred to as the “Promotional Tier Renewal Requirement”):

  • Silver: 20,000 Tier Miles or 20 Qualifying Flights;
  • Gold: 40,000 Tier Miles or 40 Qualifying Flights;
  • Platinum: 120,000 Tier Miles and a minimum of 1 Business class or 1 First class Qualifying Flight.

Membership Tier renewal will be processed within 48 hours of an Eligible Member achieving the Promotional Tier Renewal Requirement and will reflect automatically in the Eligible Member’s Emirates Skywards Account.

Eligible Members in Skywards Blue, Silver and Gold Tier, as well as Skysurfers in Blue and Silver Tier will upgrade their Membership Tier by earning a reduced Tier Miles or Qualifying Flights requirement from 8 May 2026 to 31 August 2026 as defined below (collectively referred to as the “Promotional Tier Upgrade Requirement”):

  • Silver: 20,000 Tier Miles or 20 Qualifying Flights;
  • Gold: 40,000 Tier Miles or 40 Qualifying Flights;
  • Platinum: 120,000 Tier Miles and a minimum of 1 Business class or 1 First class Qualifying Flight.

Membership Tier upgrade will be processed within 48 hours of an Eligible Member achieving the Promotional Tier Upgrade Requirement and will reflect automatically in the Eligible Member’s Emirates Skywards Account.

Emirates will not be held liable for any failure in delivery of this email. Emirates may modify or withdraw this Promotion at any time in its sole discretion and reserves the right to decline this Promotion in case of any breach of these Terms and Conditions or the Emirates Skywards Program Rules.
