On 15 January 2021, revised measures were introduced by Angolan authorities for all passengers accepted for travel to Angola.
There are restrictions for specific categories of passengers travelling to Angola. Please check the latest requirements before you travel. If you are travelling to Angola, you are required to take a COVID-19 RT-PCR test and complete a Travel Registration Form, which are both required to be carried out in the 72 hours prior to departure.
Please note:
All passengers will be accepted for travel to Angola provided they meet entry requirements as per Angolan authorities.
Due to additional testing procedures on arrival, passengers are advised that arrivals formalities will be longer in duration than normal. Your patience will be appreciated.
COVID-19 testing requirements
As per Angolan government requirements, all passengers, travelling to or from Angola must be tested, including children and infants.
In order to board international flights to and from Angola, it is mandatory to present a molecular based RT-PCR COVID-19 test with a negative result. Testing must be carried out in the 72 hours prior to departure.
All passengers will also be tested (Rapid Test for COVID) on arrival at 04 Fevereiro International Airport in Luanda. This test is compulsory and will be provided free of charge by Angolan Health Authorities.
Required forms
Passengers must complete a Travel Registration Form (FRV) up to 72 hours before the date of travel and must sign the commitment term with the conditions defined by the competent authorities. Failure to do so may hinder or inhibit travel.

In view of the Situation of Public Calamity and the closure of national borders due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Angolan Government approved the following measures by means of Executive Decree No. 3/21, of 5 January 2021:
It is the passenger's responsibility to ensure that they meet the entry requirements of the final destination, in addition to obtaining the valid documentation for the trip. When in doubt the passenger should contact the nearest embassy / consulate to ensure they meet the necessary requirements of the country to which they are travelling.

If you’re travelling to Cote d’Ivoire, you are required to take a COVID-19 PCR test and present a negative certificate to be accepted for travel. You will also need to complete a Health Declaration Form and present a 4-digit confirmation code on arrival.
COVID-19 PCR testing
All passengers, except children under the age of 12, arriving in Cote d’Ivoire from any destination must have a printed negative COVID‑19 PCR test certificate. A certificate from any government approved lab is acceptable. The sample for the COVID-19 PCR test must be collected no more than 7 days prior to departure.
Required forms
All passengers arriving or transiting in Cote d’Ivoire must complete the Health Declaration Form available on the Travel Information on Ministry of Transport site(Opens an external website in a new tab). The form must be printed and presented to the health authorities on arrival.
When you have completed the required information on the website, you will receive a four‑digit code on the registered telephone number. You will have to use the four‑digit code sent to your mobile phone to download and print the form. This form should be presented at Abidjan Airport as it is a mandatory requirement for travel from, to and through Cote d’Ivoire (Ivory Coast).
Quarantine
There are currently to quarantine requirements for travel to Cote d'Ivoire.
If you’re travelling from Cote d’Ivoire, you may be required to take a COVID-19 PCR test before travel, depending on the specific requirements of your destination. You will also need to complete a Health Declaration Form and present a 4-digit confirmation code at check-in.
COVID-19 PCR testing

Required forms
All departing and transiting passengers from Cote d’Ivoire must complete this Health Declaration Form(Opens an external website in a new tab), print it and present it at check-in.
When you have completed the required information, you will get a four‑digit code on the telephone number you have filled in. You will have to use the four‑digit code sent to your mobile phone to download and print the form. This form should be presented at the Abidjan Airport as it is a mandatory requirement for travel to and from Cote d’Ivoire (Ivory Coast).

If you’re travelling to Egypt, you will need to take a COVID-19 PCR test and submit a health declaration form before arrival.
COVID-19 PCR testing
Effective 1 September 2020 all passengers, including Egyptian nationals, will need to carry a printed negative COVID‑19 PCR test certificate from an accredited lab in English or Arabic for a test taken within 72 hours before the departure of their final direct flight to Egypt. The certificate must be stamped by the laboratory or hospital and must include the following information:
The COVID‑19 PCR test certificate should not have any modifications or alterations (e.g. addition or deletion).
For passengers travelling from New Zealand, Australia, Japan, China, Thailand, North and South America, Canada, London Heathrow, Paris, Frankfurt, South Korea and Rome, the COVID‑19 PCR test can be conducted up to 96 hours before their departure on their final direct flight to Egypt.
Once the passenger departs Egypt, the COVID-19 PCR certificate will be considered expired and not valid for a return flight to Egypt (the certificate cannot be reused).
Required forms
All passengers must complete a health declaration form that will be provided on board the aircraft. Forms are also available from Egyptian tourism companies and their international counterparts.
Exemptions
Children below 6 years old and transit passengers are exempted from the negative COVID‑19 PCR test certificate requirement.
If you’re travelling from Egypt, you may be required to take a COVID-19 PCR test and submit additional documentation before departure. Please check the requirements of your specific destination before you travel.
COVID-19 PCR testing

Exemptions
Children below 12 years old are exempted from the negative COVID‑19 PCR test certificate requirement.

If you are travelling to Ethiopia, you are required to take a COVID-19 PCR test before departure and undergo self-quarantine on arrival.
COVID-19 testing requirements
All passengers travelling to Ethiopia must present a printed copy of a negative COVID-19 PCR test result certificate for a test conducted not more than 5 days before arrival. The certificate must clearly mention that an RT PCR test was conducted, the time and date when the sample was taken and have an official stamp of the authorities issuing the certificate. Rapid Diagnostic Test (RDT antibody test) results will not be accepted. Children under 12 years are exempted as long as they are travelling with their parents and their parents have a negative COVID-19 PCR test certificate.
Quarantine
All passengers, except those connecting through Ethiopia, will be required to undergo self-quarantine at home for 7 days.
Arriving diplomats must undergo a 14-day quarantine at their respective embassies.
Exemptions
While it is advised, diplomatic passport holders, including United Nations and African Union personnel and their immediate families, may travel from Dubai to Ethiopia without a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test certificate.
COVID-19 testing requirements
If you are travelling from Ethiopia, you may be required to take a COVID-19 PCR test and submit additional documentation before departure. Please check the requirements of your specific destination before travel. Emirates passengers can book their PCR tests for a special rate here at an Emirates Airlines Priority Centre- Near Tikur Anbesa. COVID-19 PCR test results will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours and can be collected from any ICL branch.

COVID-19 testing requirements
All arriving passengers must not have any symptoms suggestive of COVID-19, including body temperature > 38°C.
They must carry a negative COVID-19 PCR test result in English from an accredited laboratory in their country of origin. The test should have been done not more than 72 hours before the scheduled departure from the country of origin. For passengers who will be transiting through other countries before arriving in Ghana, the first country of departure will be the reference point. Passengers will not be allowed to travel without the valid negative COVID-19 PCR test result.
Passengers will be subjected to a mandatory COVID-19 PCR test at the airport terminal at a cost of $150 to be borne by the passenger. Payment MUST be made online here and proof of payment (receipt in English) shown to the Airline before boarding. Passengers who have not completed the process on-line and do not hold a payment notification will be offloaded. There will be no exceptions.
All arriving passengers who test positive for COVID-19 will undergo mandatory isolation and treatment at a designated health facility or isolation centre. The isolation will be for a period of seven (7) days. However, the final discharge of cases will be based on existing case management guidelines and protocols.
All passengers who test negative for COVID-19 will be required to continuously adhere to COVID-19 safety protocols and will receive regular information on COVID-19 within five (5) days of arrival in Ghana.

Required forms
All passengers must fill out the Ghana Health Form online before arrival.
Exemptions
Passengers transiting and transferring through Accra will not be required to take the COVID-19 PCR test in Accra, if they are connecting on the same day and proceeding straight to the transit area for boarding. Passengers who are connecting on the next day are required to undergo the COVID 19 PCR test in Accra and then clear immigration.
Transit passengers will be required to adhere to COVID-19 testing requirements for the destination countries.
Other information
Travelling with pets into Ghana is allowed in line with guidelines of the Veterinary Services Directorate of the Ministry of Food & Agriculture.
If you're travelling from Ghana, you may be required to take a COVID-19 PCR test and submit additional documentation before departure. Please check the requirements of your specific destination before travel.
COVID-19 testing requirements
Departing passengers are required to follow the COVID-19 testing requirements of their destination.
Other information
All passengers will be required to meet the following guidelines prior to departure:
Departing passengers will undergo temperature screening at the entrance of Terminal 3 departures.
Only passengers and persons with business in the terminal will be allowed entry.
Online check-in or the use of self-service kiosks is strongly encouraged to reduce physical contact at the airport
Passengers are advised to arrive at the airport 4 hours before scheduled departure time.

If you’re travelling to Conakry, you will need to take a COVID-19 PCR test before departure and provide contact information on arrival.
COVID-19 PCR testing
All passengers travelling to Conakry must carry a negative COVID‑19 PCR test certificate issued less than five days before their departure date. A certificate from any government approved lab will be acceptable.
Any passenger who presents symptoms of COVID‑19 (e.g. fever, cough, difficulty breathing, sneezing, poor general condition, etc.) on arrival will undergo a standard diagnostic test (PCR) and be isolated while waiting for the test results. If found positive for COVID‑19, the traveller will be treated at a dedicated processing centre.

All passengers must provide a telephone number for health services to monitor them for fourteen days from their day of arrival.
Exemptions
Children 12 years old and below are exempted from COVID-19 PCR testing for entry into Conakry.
Guinean citizens repatriated as part of humanitarian flights who were unable to take a COVID-19 PCR test will undergo PCR screening on arrival and be isolated while waiting for the test results.
EU citizens are not allowed entry into Conakry following the principles of reciprocity, with the following exceptions:

If you are travelling to Kenya, you will need to take a COVID-19 PCR test before departure, complete an online Health Surveillance form and may have to undergo 14 days of self quarantine on arrival.
Effective 31 December 2020, all passengers that require visas should apply for and obtain an e-visa prior to entering Kenya. The e-visa can be obtained through this website. Minors below 16 years of age are exempted from the visa requirement.
COVID-19 PCR testing
All passengers must present a negative COVID‑19 PCR test certificate issued no more than 96 hours before departure at check‑in. A certificate from any government approved lab will be acceptable.
Required forms
All passengers must present a completed Kenya Travelers Health Surveillance form online and present the corresponding QR code to Port Health authorities upon arrival.
Quarantine
A 14-day self-quarantine is mandatory for passengers arriving from certain countries as determined by the Ministry of Health. Passengers arriving from specified countries are currently exempted from self-quarantine measures.
Exemptions
All arriving passengers on international flights whose body temperature is not above 37.5 °C (99.5 °F); do not have a persistent cough, difficulty in breathing or other flu‑like symptoms; have a negative COVID‑19 PCR test taken within 96 hours of travel and are from countries considered low to medium risk COVID‑19 transmission areas will not be required to undergo self‑quarantine.

Passengers originating from United Kingdom, Denmark and South Africa are not allowed entry into Morocco. Flights to and from these countries are also suspended until further notice.
Travel to Morocco is restricted to specific categories of passengers. Please check the requirements before you travel. If you are travelling to Morocco, you are required to take a COVID-19 PCR test and complete the passenger health form before departure.
COVID-19 testing requirements
All travellers, except children below 11 years old, who are entering Morocco must take a COVID-19 PCR test. COVID-19 PCR test must be within 72 hours from sample taken and valid on arrival. The printed test results must be presented on request at check-in and to local officials on arrival.

Transit from Morocco
Customers with onward bookings from Morocco have to ensure that the transit time does not exceed 24 hours and that the onward booking is within the same day of arrival in Morocco. Night stops or layovers in the transit area are not permitted.

If you are travelling to Nigeria, you are required to take a COVID-19 PCR test and provide information, as well as documents, on the Nigerian International Travel Portal before departure.
COVID-19 testing requirements
All passengers travelling to Nigeria must test negative for COVID-19 in the country of departure. The COVID-19 PCR test validity must be done within 96 hours of departure and preferably within 72 hours of boarding at government specified laboratories at the respective departure countries. Test validity commences from time of sample collection. Passengers must present an electronic or hard copy of the result at the airport. Children of the age ten (10) and below are exempt from the COVID-19 PCR test.
Passengers originating from the United Kingdom and South Africa MUST present the following two documents before departure.
All passengers will be required to self-isolate for 7 days after arrival, followed by a COVID-19 PCR test. Passengers with a post-arrival negative COVID-19 PCR test result can exit isolation on day 8. Those with a positive COVID-19 PCR test will be referred for isolation and further management.
Required forms
The Nigerian International Travel Portal is available and passengers must utilize the portal to provide required health information, upload the pre-departure negative COVID-19 PCR test, Health Declaration and Self-reporting forms. A second COVID-19 PCR test must be completed within 7 days of arrival in Nigeria and the payment can be done through the Nigerian International Travel Portal, which will generate a QR code that can be utilized to expedite clearance procedures upon arrival at the airports.
Diplomats must use the online portal to upload the negative COVID-19 PCR test pre-departure however not required to pay for a second PCR test in Nigeria.
Children of the age ten (10) and below must register via the Nigerian International Travel Portal, however are exempt from the COVID-19 PCR test
Passengers must fill the Health Declaration/Self Reporting form before arrival. It is recommended to upload the form through the Nigerian International Travel portal. Please make sure that the information/contact details you provide on the form are correct, verifiable and that you can be reached on the phone number and address provided. Passengers must inform port health officials on arrival of any change in their health circumstances since submitting the Health Declaration/Self-Reporting form.
COVID-19 testing requirements
If you're travelling from Nigeria, you may be required to present a negative COVID-19 PCR test certificate issued by an approved laboratory before departure and present additional documentation on arrival. Please check the requirements of your specific destination before you travel.
Required forms
Valid proof of their possession of health insurance covering the entirety of their stay in the UAE. Sufficient proof of accommodation address in the UAE, in form of a hotel booking or similar reservation which corresponds with the time period reflected on their ticket and a valid return ticket.

If you are travelling to Senegal, you are required to take a COVID-19 PCR test before departure and present the original test certificate at check-in.
COVID-19 testing requirements
All passengers except children under two years old must present an original negative COVID‑19 RT-PCR test certificate dating less than 5 days from the date the test result is received. The certificate must be issued by a laboratory located in the state from which the customer commences their journey and is listed on the list of laboratories approved by this State or a health organisation internationally recognised.
Quarantine
There are currently no mandatory quarantine requirements for travel to Senegal.
Exemptions
EU citizens are not allowed entry into Senegal following the principles of reciprocity.
Other information
Passengers connecting through Senegal must fulfil the required conditions of their destination.

If you’re travelling to South Africa, you are required to take a COVID-19 PCR test, download the COVID Alert South Africa app and complete the traveller health questionnaire before departure.
COVID-19 testing requirements
From 11 November 2020, international travel will resume subject to the traveller providing a valid certificate of a negative COVID-19 PCR test which was obtained not more than 72 hours before the date of travel. Passengers are required to carry a COVID‑19 negative PCR test certificate when travelling.
Verification of the COVID-19 negative PCR test certificate taken no more than 72 hours before departure will be managed by the airport team as part of documentation checks at the time of flight departure.
All travellers will be screened for COVID‑19 symptoms and will be required to answer any questions required by the Health Authorities on arrival.
Exemptions
Children below the age of 5 years are exempted from COVID 19 PCR test.
Airline crew will be allowed entry subject to them adhering to the industry health guidelines and international protocols.

Required forms
All passengers must complete the traveller health questionnaire before arrival.
All travellers must provide proof of accommodation and their address while in South Africa in case they are required to self‑isolate.
All foreign passengers, irrespective of country of origin arriving in South Africa must have travel insurance that covers the cost of any testing or quarantine.
Required apps
All passengers must install the COVID Alert South Africa app prior to travel.
If you’re travelling from South Africa, you may be required to take a COVID-19 PCR test before departure and provide additional documentation depending on the requirements of your specific destination.
COVID-19 testing requirements
Passengers must comply with COVID‑19 requirements of the destination. Subject to requirements of the destination, passengers must provide a negative COVID‑19 PCR test certificate from an accredited laboratory.

If you’re travelling to Sudan, you’ll need to take a COVID-19 PCR test before departure and present a printed certificate at check-in.
COVID-19 PCR testing
All passengers except children below 6 years old must present a negative COVID-19 PCR test certificate valid within 96 hours of issuance. A printed copy of the certificate must be presented at check-in. Test results presented as SMS will not be accepted.

If you are travelling to Tanzania, you might be required to take a COVID-19 PCR test before arrival or departure depending on the requirements of your airline and destination. You must also complete a Traveller Surveillance form online before arrival in Dar es Salaam.
COVID-19 PCR testing
All travellers, whether foreigners or returning residents, whose countries or airlines require them to get tested for COVID‑19 with a negative test result as a condition for travel will be required to present a certificate upon arrival. Travellers from other countries with symptoms and signs related to COVID‑19 will undergo enhanced screening and may be required to undergo COVID‑19 RT‑PCR testing.
All travellers, whether foreigners or returning residents, entering or leaving the United Republic of Tanzania will be subjected to enhanced screening for COVID‑19.

If you are travelling to Tunisia, you are required to take a COVID‑19 PCR test before departure.
Travel eligibility
Tunisia has suspended arrival, departure and transit flights to/from the United Kingdom (UK), South Africa and Australia from 21 December 2020 to 15 January 2021.
Passengers with travel history to the UK, South Africa, Australia and Denmark in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter or transit in Tunisia.
Effective Monday, 16 November 2020, the Civil Aviation Authority of Tunisia has discontinued the previous country classifications of Green, Orange and Red and the following customers can board flights to Tunisia provided they meet the conditions listed below.
All nationalities who are eligible for travel to Tunisia will now be accepted for travel. This includes nationalities who are eligible for visa on arrival. All passengers will be accepted based on meeting the entry requirements.
Short Visits to Tunisia for less than 5 days – Passengers can be accepted based on the requirements if they carry a valid hotel voucher for the duration of their stay. For example, a 3-day visit requires a 3-day hotel voucher or a residence address, if available.
Short Visits to other countries and returning (to Tunisia) in less than 5 days – Passengers who are returning to Tunisia after being away for less than 5 days are only required to self-quarantine at home for less than 7 days.
All visitors (non-Tunisian) are required to hold a return ticket.
Sponsors of passengers who are eligible for visa on arrival services must apply for pre-approval from Immigration HQ in Tunisia.
Transit Passengers
All nationalities may be accepted for transit in Tunisia.
All nationalities may transit in Tunisia without a visa (TWOV) provided they remain in the transit hall for a maximum connecting time of 24 hours.
Transit passengers may be accepted provided they meet entry requirements.
Libya: Non-Libyan passengers who plan to transit in Tunisia and continue their journey to Libya must be in possession of a Non-Objection Letter provided by the sponsor and approval to board by the Libyan Carrier inserted in their booking.
Algeria: The borders to Algeria remain closed, therefore, any passengers planning to transit onwards to Algeria will not be accepted.
COVID-19 testing requirements
All passengers travelling to Tunisia regardless of the point of origin must possess a COVID-19 PCR test certificate with a negative result. The certificate is valid from the time of result and must not exceed 72 hours before departure to Tunisia.
Any COVID-19 PCR test exceeding 72 hours will be considered invalid for travel.
Only a printed copy of the certificate is accepted – soft copies are not permitted.
Exemptions
Passengers who have a Letter of Exception from a Tunisian embassy or Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Tunisia can be accepted on flights to Tunisia.
Children below 12 years old are exempt from any COVID-19 PCR requirement.
Required forms
Passengers who CAN provide a valid residence address in Tunisia must provide the information on the E7mi Website.
Passengers who CANNOT provide a valid residence address MUST provide a valid hotel voucher for 14 days in Tunisia from any hotel of their choice. Hotel pre-bookings will not be accepted. Only fully paid hotel vouchers will be accepted for travel. Passengers who do not present the hotel voucher at check-in will not be accepted on the flight.
Required apps
Passengers must log in and fill in the required details and save the forms as a PDF.
Passengers must print and sign both forms (health card form and confinement engagement form) along with the COVID-19 PCR negative result certificate.
Passenger must have all documents printed prior to arrival at the airport.
Passengers must present both documents to the Health Authorities in Tunisia at the Temperature Control Level after disembarking from the Aircraft.
*Any passengers with travel dates for less than 5 days to Tunisia will only generate the health card form as no confinement is required for short stays.

COVID-19 testing requirements
Passengers must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test done within 120 hours before arrival in Uganda, and must not display any signs and symptoms of any infectious disease before boarding.
The COVID-19 PCR test must be taken at a laboratory approved by the country where the passenger's journey starts.
A passenger who shows signs and symptoms of an infectious disease on arrival will be taken to an isolation centre.
If a passenger tests positive for COVID-19 he/she will be taken to a COVID-19 treatment centre, or repatriated for treatment outside Uganda at their own cost following COVID-19 medical evacuation procedures.
Parents/legal guardians who are travelling with a child between the age of 3 and 12 need to present a negative COVID-19 PCR test result.

If you are travelling to Zambia, you must take a COVID-19 PCR test before departure. You will be subject to further health screening on arrival and may have to undergo a 14-day mandatory quarantine.
COVID-19 PCR testing
All passengers travelling to Zambia must present a negative COVID‑19 PCR test result. The test must be taken within the last 7 days. Health authorities may also conduct random nucleic acid testing for COVID‑19 on arriving passengers with a negative result.
All travellers entering the airport will be subjected to temperature and symptoms screening.

Business travellers arriving in Zambia must present a negative COVID‑19 PCR test result to enter the country. They are free to conduct their business as planned while adhering to recommended COVID‑19 prevention measures such as maintaining physical distance, wearing a mask and personal hygiene. They shall monitor themselves daily for 14 days for developing COVID‑19 symptoms and report any such signs to the nearest health authority.
Tourists will not be allowed entry into Zambia without a negative COVID‑19 test certificate.

Passengers displaying symptoms of COVID‑19, whether or not they present a negative COVID‑19 PCR test certificate will be detained at a holding facility until they can be tested for COVID‑19. If they test negative for COVID‑19, they will be discharged immediately for self‑quarantine at home. If found positive for COVID‑19, they will be detained at an isolation facility for 14 days.

Effective 21 December 2020, border control will be applicable to customers travelling to Sweden via Copenhagen. Borders to Sweden will be closed for all passengers and transfer in Denmark to Sweden will be prohibited. Exemptions to below passengers are applicable:
COVID-19 testing requirements
All inbound passengers must have a negative COVID-19 test certificate for a test taken not older than 24 hours prior to boarding the aircraft. This also applies to passengers that are in transit/ transfer via Denmark. The 24 hours are calculated from the time of departure of the first flight when boarding the aircraft at point of origin. If the passenger is on a connecting flight, the time of the test validity is counted from the first flight. For example, when travelling from Singapore to Copenhagen via Dubai, the test result shall be presented at the time of check-in in Singapore. Customers have to present the test certificate at both, check-in at the origin airport and at the transfer airport prior to boarding their connecting flight. Both COVID-19 PCR test and anti-gene tests will be accepted.
Previously COVID-19 infected passengers
Passengers, who previously have been infected with COVID-19 and therefore are unable to present a negative test result must present a positive COVID-19 test result from a test performed between 14 days and eight weeks prior to the flight. These passengers are no longer perceived to be contagious.

Children under the age of 12 are exempt from the COVID-19 PCR test requirement.

Entry regulations for the United Kingdom
Effective 21 December, flights from the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland are prohibited to land in Germany. This restriction includes transfers in Germany with the United Kingdom as final destination.
Exemptions to the restrictions are:

If you are travelling to Greece, you are required to take a COVID-19 PCR test and complete the Passenger Locator Form before departure.
COVID-19 testing requirements
All arriving passengers are required to remain in isolation under quarantine for precautionary reasons for 7 days upon arrival at their place of residence, as declared in the submitted Passenger Locator Form. If their stay in Greece is less than 7 days, the restriction will apply to that period of time.
Passengers arriving from the United Kingdom will be subjected to COVID-19 diagnostic rapid test at their point of entry upon their arrival in Greece and are required to remain in isolation under quarantine for precautionary reasons for 7 days upon arrival at their place of residence, as declared in the submitted Passenger Locator Form. If their stay in Greece is less than 7 days, the restriction will apply to that period of time. If the result of the rapid test is positive, the passenger will be subjected to strict isolation for 10 days. A negative molecular test (PCR) is required at the end of the 10-day isolation period to release the quarantine restriction.
All passengers flying to Greece, with the exception of children under 10 years, must present a negative COVID‑19 PCR test certificate, taken not more than 72 hours before arrival. The certificate must be in English, clearly indicating the passenger’s name and ID number, and presented to officers of the general secretariat for civil protection and the national public health organisation on arrival.
Transit passengers to Extra-Schengen destinations from Athens are not subject to the COVID-19 PCR test certificate requirement (of Greece).
Passengers may be subject to COVID‑19 tests on arrival. Tested passengers can then continue to their final destination. If the test result is positive, the passenger must stay in quarantine for 14 days under supervision at the passenger’s final destination.
Required forms
Passengers must complete the Passenger Locator Form (PLF) at least 24 hours before check‑in for their flight to Greece. Passengers will receive an email notification upon on‑time completion of the e‑PLF or an electronic QR code that must be shown at check‑in. Families can also be accepted with only one joint PLF confirmation and one unique QR code.
Along with the QR code proof that they have completed the e‑PLF and a negative COVID‑19 PCR test certificate, travellers from UAE or third countries will have to present their residence permit, work permit, identity card (provided that it states the place of residence), driving license or other documents to prove their place of residence.
Exemptions
Only EU citizens can travel to Greece. Exceptions are citizens and permanent residents from Australia, Japan, New Zealand, Rwanda, South Korea, Thailand, the United Arab Emirates, Singapore and the United Kingdom who are permitted to enter. Permanent residents of UAE may arrive only by direct flights from UAE to Greece.

The above persons must present the appropriate document and undergo laboratory medical examination.
Third country nationals subject to the restrictions may request exceptional entry to the Greek consular authority of their place of residence or stay for business or personal reasons.

For domestic flights within Greece only essential travel is allowed. Adherence to the essential travel and proof of the relevant reason are the responsibility of each individual passenger.

There are restrictions on the categories of passengers who can enter Hungary at this time. Please check the latest requirements before you travel. If you are travelling to Hungary, you may be required to take a COVID-19 PCT test before departure or on arrival, as well as undergo self quarantine.
Quarantine
Passengers arriving into Hungary are subject to 10 days self quarantine from the date/time of entering the country. The quarantine period can be shortened if the passenger is able to present two negative COVID-19 PCR test results. The tests must be taken at local designated laboratories with a 48-hour period between the two tests.
Exemptions
Travel to Hungary is only permitted for Hungarian citizens, citizens with permanent residence permit in Hungary and their family members.

COVID-19 testing requirements
Effective 16 January, all passengers arriving in Ireland will require a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken within 72 hours prior to arrival in Ireland.
Exemptions
Children below the age of 6 years are exempt from the COVID - 19 PCR test requirement.
Required forms
Passengers arriving in Ireland from overseas, including Irish citizens, must complete a COVID-19 Passenger Locator Form 48 hours before their arrival. It is a penal offence not to complete the form in the manner specified. It is also an offence to provide false or misleading information on the form. You will receive an email receipt once you have completed the form. Please present the email receipt or a completed printed version of the form to an officer at your point of entry to the state.
During the 14 days following your arrival the information on the form may be used:
Quarantine
All travellers to Ireland are recommended to self-isolate for 14 days from arrival.
Post-arrival testing
Your 14 day period of restricted movement can end if you receive a negative/‘not detected’ result of a PCR test taken five days after your arrival in Ireland. You should wait for your test result to be returned before ending your period of restricted movement.

Restricting your movements on arrival
Nearly all of Europe has a high incidence of COVID-19 and is in a high risk category (orange/red). If you are coming from orange, red or grey regions, or from outside the EU, you should restrict your movements for 14 days. This applies to all people entering the State, even if you have no symptoms. If you are unsure which risk area you are travelling from, please check the ECDC website.
Passengers travelling to Northern Ireland must ensure that they are familiar with the guidance and regulations in place, including the completion of a UK Passenger Locator Form.
Restricting your movements means staying home or in your accommodation, and avoiding contact with other people, including those in your household that are at particular risk should they contract COVID-19. You should wear a face covering, including while indoors, to protect them. You can go outside to exercise by yourself as long as you keep 2 metres away from other people. Travel to and from Italy is restricted to specific categories of passengers until 15 January 2021. Please check the requirements before you travel. If you are travelling to Italy, you may be required to take a COVID-19 PCR test before departure and self-isolate on arrival
Travel eligibility
The Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers (DCPM) contains lists of countries, for which different restrictions apply. These lists are contained in Annex 20 of the DPCM. The measures envisaged for travel to/from the countries on the various lists are detailed below.
A: The Republic of San Marino and the Vatican City State: no limitations
B: EU countries (except for the countries in lists C and D), Schengen, Andorra, and the Principality of Monac: No restrictions for those travelling to/from the countries listed in groups B. Molecular or antigenic swab test and self‑isolation/undergo supervision by the competent health authorities for 14 days may apply depending selected date range, please visit the Ministry of Foreign Affairs website for more information
C: Belgium, France, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Spain, The United Kingdom and Northern Ireland: No restrictions for those travelling to/from the countries listed in groups C. D: Australia, Japan, New Zealand, The Republic of Korea, Rwanda, Singapore, Thailand, Uruguay: according to the Italian regulations travel from/to these Countries is allowed for any reason, therefore also for tourism. On arriving/returning to Italy travellers must self-isolate and undergo supervision by the competent health authorities for 14 days.
E: Rest of the world: travel to/from the rest of the world (i.e. all the states and territories not mentioned in other lists) is allowed only for specific reasons, such as work, health or study, or absolute urgency, returning to one's home, domicile, or dwelling (This includes passengers returning via Italy to their country of residence without leaving the airport, they must remain in the transit area). Travel for tourism is not allowed. Arrival/return to Italy from this group of countries is always allowed only for Italian/EU/Schengen/the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland citizens and their family members, as well as holders of residence permits and their family members. Travellers from the countries in list E are allowed to enter Italy if they have a proven and stable affective relationship (regardless of whether or not they cohabit) with Italian/EU/Schengen/the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland citizens or with persons who are legally residing in Italy and if they are travelling to their partners' home/domicile/dwelling in Italy. Travellers must self‑isolate and undergo supervision by the competent health authorities for 14 days.

Effective 15 January 2021 and until further notice, all passengers travelling to the Netherlands from Ireland, the United Kingdom and South Africa are required to hold a negative COVID-19 PCR test not older than 72 hours prior to arrival in the Netherlands. Passengers must carry printed copies of these documents with them for the duration of their journey.

COVID‑19 testing requirements

If you are travelling to Norway, you may be required to undergo quarantine on arrival.
Travel eligibility
Norway has started to open the border for European nationals. For details of which countries/nationalities, please visit the Norwegian Institute of Public Health website.
Passengers travelling to Norway from other countries other than those listed will be sent back to their point of origin or will be quarantined for 10 days if they are a resident of Norway.
Temporary entry and exit controls will be performed at the internal Schengen border.

Effective 21 December 2020, all passengers entering Norway are required to complete a self declaration form prior to arrival to Norway. The form can be downloaded here.
Upon arrival in Norway, passengers will receive a text message from the Norwegian health authorities with a link to information on how to get tested for COVID-19 as well as rules for travel quarantine. Travellers are requested to read the content in the link. A testing centre is also available at the airport, however, it is not mandatory.
Exemptions
All crew and minimum support personnel that are required to carry out cargo and passenger flights are exempt from the travel restrictions.
Passengers arriving into Norway from a Red Area/ Country must complete their full quarantine period on the mainland of Norway prior to travelling to Svalbard. This is also applicable for residents.

All passengers are required to complete a SARS-CoV-2 PCR-test within 24 hours upon arrival.
Effective 9 November:
Passengers from red countries other than Norwegian citizens and/or residence must present a certificate of a negative COVID-19 test certificate when entering Norway. Approved test method is COVID-19 PCR or antigen rapid test. The test must have been taken less than 72 hours before entry and must be in either Norwegian, English, Danish, Swedish, German or French.
EU/EEA residents and/or citizens travelling from red countries must show a negative COVID-19 test certificate when entering Norway. Approved test method is COVID-19 PCR or antigen rapid test.

Quarantine
From 28 December 2020 until 31 January 2021, 10 days mandatory quarantine will apply to all persons who have crossed the Polish border (representing both the external and internal EU border) by plane, bus or other means of public transport, counting from the day following the day of crossing the border.
Those vaccinated for COVID-19 will not be placed in quarantine.

Before boarding the flight to Moscow, all non‑Russian citizens including children, must present a certificate of a negative COVID‑19 PCR test taken not more than 72 hours before their time of arrival to Moscow. The certificate must either be in English or Russian.
If travelling from Dubai, Russian nationals do not need to take a COVID‑19 PCR test before departure. However, they must take one at a Russian clinic within 72 hours of arrival and register and upload a negative result.

Only a limited number of nationalities are allowed to travel to the EU. Please check if your nationality can enter Spain and ensure you have prior permission from any Spanish consulate or embassy to be considered as one of the exceptions for travel.
Effective 21 December 2020 until 2 February 2021, a temporary restriction applies to all passengers arriving from flights from the United Kingdom. Only Spanish nationals and foreign nationals with legal residence in Spain are allowed to enter the country from the United Kingdom.

Nationals and residents of the following countries are allowed entry to Spain, provided that they are arriving on a direct flight from or transiting through any of these countries, or transiting through only the international area of any other airport not within the list:
Any passenger who does not follow the health regulations in place will be declared inadmissible, even if they fall under the list of exemptions, and will immediately be returned to their point of origin.
Required forms
International passengers must complete the Health Control Form (FCS) online or on the SPTH APP (available on Google Play and the App Store). A QR code generated from the completed form must be presented to authorities on arrival. If customers are unable to download the APP, the required forms can be downloaded online on spth.gob.es. However the times of access and passage through the health checkpoint, using a handwritten form will be much higher. All passengers are encouraged to fill out the electronic form and obtain the QR, thus avoiding unnecessary waiting times.
When accessing the app, customers will be asked to declare if they have completed the required COVID-19 PCR test. Failing to provide a valid test, passengers will be directed to take an antigen test on arrival and may be fined.
Quarantine
By signing the form, passengers are committing to self-isolate at home or a place of residence during the 14 days after entry to Spain if they present symptoms of acute respiratory infection (fever, cough or respiratory difficulty), to self-monitor coronavirus symptoms, and to phone the competent health authorities. Only passengers are allowed to access the airport terminals. It is mandatory to wear face masks at every point of your journey.

Airports in Spain are only open to passengers in possession of a ticket or boarding pass.

If you are travelling to Switzerland, you may be required to undergo self-quarantine on arrival.
Quarantine
Travellers entering Switzerland from certain countries will have to go into quarantine for 10 days. Travellers affected will be notified during the flight, on board coaches and at border crossings.
A negative test result does not exempt passengers from the mandatory quarantine requirement.

If you are travelling to Turkey, please note that you will be required to wear a face mask at every point of your journey, at the airport and onboard your flight. You may also be subject to COVID-19 health screening on arrival.
COVID-19 PCR testing
Starting from 29 December 2020 21:00 UTC hours until 1 March 2021, all passengers that are 6 years old and older will be required to submit a negative SARS-COV-2 PCR test result done within the last 72 hours prior to departure of their inbound flight to Turkey. Passengers that do not show negative SARS-COV-2 PCR test result will not be accepted to flight. This requirement is not applicable for transit and transfer passengers.
All passengers arriving Turkey through third countries who visited the UK within the last 10 days will be quarantined for 14 days at places selected by the governorships following their arrival. Passengers of 6 years and older under these conditions will be required before boarding to submit a negative SARS-COV-2 PCR test result done within the last 72 hours prior to their entrance to Turkey.
Passengers of 6 years and older who visited Denmark and South Africa within the last 10 days will be required also to submit negative SARS-COV-2 PCR test result done within the last 72 hours prior to their entrance to Turkey. They are required to stay under quarantine for 7 days and on day 7 they will be subjected to COVID-19 PCR test. If the COVID-19 PCR test is negative, quarantine will be lifted.
Exemptions
Crew and Merchant Seamen are exempted from the COVID-19 PCR requirement and quarantine.

There are restrictions for travel to the United Kingdom. Please read the UK government health advice and further guidance for passengers flying to the United Kingdom.
Travel bans to the UK – a list of banned countries can be found here. People who have been in or transited through the listed countries in the last 10 days will no longer be granted access to the UK. This does not include British and Irish Nationals, or third country nationals with residence rights in the UK, who will be able to enter the UK but are required to self-isolate for 10 days on arrival along with their household. The Test to Release scheme cannot be used.

COVID-19 testing requirements for the UK
From 4am on Monday 18 January 2021, all arriving passengers in England and Scotland must provide a negative COVID-19 test certificate. Passengers must take the test in the 3 days before they board their flight in Dubai to travel to the UK. For example, if passengers depart Dubai on Friday, they must take a test on the Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.
Passengers who do not present proof of a negative test result will be refused for travel.
Passengers must make sure that the test provider can meet the standards for pre-departure testing and provide a test certificate in the required format. Children aged under 11 do not need to take a test.
Required documents
Complete the Passenger Locator form and submit within 48 hours before your arrival in the UK.
Proof of a negative COVID-19 test is required before boarding to travel to the UK.
Effective 30 October, a fine will be imposed on arriving passengers who have not submitted the Passenger Locator Form. Also, if passengers do not present proof of a negative COVID-19 test result, they could be fined £500 on arrival into the UK.
Quarantine
Passengers arriving in the UK from the UAE (including transiting) must self-isolate for 10 days.
Passengers must self isolate in their accommodation for up to 10 days on arrival and they must provide details of their flight, transport, contact details and address for the period of self isolation.
If eligible, passengers can choose to shorten their self-isolation period by opting into a test to release scheme, depending on which part of the UK they are in.

Travel Requirements

If you are travelling to China, you are required to take a COVID‑19 PCR test and antibody blood test before departure. Please check the requirements below for the forms and documents you need to submit for entry.
COVID‑19 testing requirements
Effective 7 November 2020, passengers from the United Arab Emirates to China, before boarding the flight, will be required to take COVID‑19 PCR and IgM anti-body tests for which the sample was taken 48 hours before boarding.
The Chinese Embassy has designated the following testing facilities to conduct the tests:
Passenger has to apply for green health code with the “HS” logo or health status statement.
Passengers departing from the UAE and transiting to China via a third country must undergo the nucleic acid test and serum IgM antibody test in the transit country (the country of departure for direct flights to China) and apply for green health codes with the "HS" logo or health status declaration at the embassies and consulates there. Please refer to the requirements under the Joining passengers from Dubai section.
Check-in requirements
Transit passengers
Through check-in and tagging of bags from point of origin to any destination in China is not allowed. Passengers have to break their journey at each transit point.
The Chinese embassy in the UAE will in principle no longer accept applications for health codes and health status declarations for passengers transiting to China via a third country after November 18, 2020.
Joining passengers from Dubai
Customs Requirements:
All passengers (Chinese & Foreign Nationals) must complete the China Customs Health Declaration via the China Customs app, WeChat app or online as applicable. At check in, passenger must present the QR code as proof that they have submitted the personal health declaration form. Printed forms will not be accepted.

Quarantine

Effective 0.00am on 25 December 2020, any passenger (including Hong Kong residents) who has stayed 2 hours or more in the United Kingdom or South Africa, (effective 23 January 2021) Brazil or Ireland (in transit) in the past 21 days will not be allowed to enter Hong Kong. For those relevant travellers, having stayed in the UK, South Africa, Brazil or Ireland but not more than two hours during that period, besides the usual requirements for relevant travellers from very high risk places must provide confirmation in English or Chinese of room reservation in a designated quarantine Hotel in Hong Kong for not less than 21 nights starting on the day of the arrival in Hong Kong.
Travel to Hong Kong is restricted to specific categories of passengers. Please check the requirements below before you travel. If you are travelling to Hong Kong, you are required to take a COVID-19 PCR test before departure, complete the online health form and present the confirmation QR code on arrival. You may also be required to present additional documentation for entry.
Effective 24 December 2020 it is mandatory for all passengers, except passengers from China, (refer exemptions below) to have 21 nights hotel booking from the date of arrival into Hong Kong.
COVID-19 testing requirements
Effective 24 December:
Travel from Dubai to Hong Kong: All passengers originating from Dubai to Hong Kong (except children below 12 years) must present a valid negative COVID-19 PCR test certificate. The validity of the certificate should be within 72 hours from the time sample was taken prior to departure time from Dubai. The certificate should be issued by an authorised reliable entity.
Travel from other countries to Hong Kong: All passengers boarding from other countries via Dubai to Hong Kong who, on the day of boarding or within the last 21 days prior to travel has stayed in Bangladesh, Belgium, Canada (effective 25 December), Ecuador, Ethiopia, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Nepal, Pakistan, the Philippines, Romania, Russia, Turkey, Ukraine, and the United States of America must provide a valid negative COVID-19 PCR test certificate. The validity of the certificate should be within 72 hours from the time sample was taken prior to departure time from Dubai. The certificate should be issued by an authorised reliable entity. *Requirement for children refer below.
Travel from Bangkok to Hong Kong: An inbound traveller who, on the day of boarding or within the last 21 days prior to travel has stayed in Bangladesh, Belgium, Canada (effective 25 December), Ecuador, Ethiopia, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Nepal, Pakistan, the Philippines, Romania, Russia, Turkey, Ukraine, and the United States of America must provide a valid negative COVID-19 PCR test certificate . The validity of the certificate should be within 72 hours from the time sample was taken prior to departure time from Bangkok. The certificate should be issued by an authorised reliable entity. *Requirement for children refer below.
Travel from Hong Kong China to Chinese mainland:
Passengers with diplomatic passports travelling to China via Hong Kong by air MUST have pre-approval from the Protocol Division of Hong Kong Government. Passengers with other passports travelling to China via Hong Kong remain unavailable.
Required forms
All passengers must complete the health form online before landing in Hong Kong. Once complete, you will receive a QR code as confirmation. It is mandatory for all passengers to present this QR code at the boarding gate.

Please note: A letter from the laboratory itself stating it is ISO 15189 accredited or recognised by the government is not acceptable.
Exemptions
All non-residents are not allowed to travel to Hong Kong until further notice. Only passengers holding a Hong Kong Resident Card (irrespective of passport) and/or valid visa/documents will be allowed entry to Hong Kong.
Children travelling from other countries, including Bangkok, to Hong Kong: Children below 12 years old are not required to take the COVID‑19 PCR test unless they are travelling from or have visited one of the following high‑risk countries in the last 21 days: Bangladesh, Belgium, Canada (effective 25 December), Ecuador, Ethiopia, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Nepal, Pakistan, the Philippines, Romania, Russia, Turkey, Ukraine, and the United States of America
Only the following passengers will be allowed entry into Hong Kong without additional documentation:
Effective 7 December, diplomats who have been to high-risk countries (Bangladesh, Belgium, Ethiopia, France, India, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Nepal, Pakistan, the Philippines, Romania, Russia, Turkey, and United States of America) within 21 days are required to follow the same COVID-19 testing requirements (refer above) as other passengers from high-risk countries but do not need to present a 21-nights hotel booking. The validity of the test result certificate must be within 48 hours of the time the sample was taken prior to departure time from Dubai or Bangkok.
For diplomats from places other than high-risk countries, it not mandatory to take a test for COVID-19 before departure.
Sea crew arriving in Hong Kong via the Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) are required to present the following documents to the Department of Health upon arrival.
Sea crew who fail to present and submit any of the required documents will be denied entry to Hong Kong and their respective shipping companies/agents must arrange their return to their country of origin.
After entering Hong Kong, sea crew must take a COVID-19 PCR test at the Department of Health’s testing centre at HKIA and wait for the results there.
Sea and Flight crew are exempted from 14 nights hotel booking requirement.
Quarantine
A confirmed booking in English or Chinese of not less than 21 nights at hotels in Hong Kong is mandatory for all passengers (except diplomats) that are travelling from or have visited one of the following high‑risk countries in the last 21 days: Bangladesh, Belgium, Canada (effective 25 December), Ecuador, Ethiopia, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Nepal, Pakistan, the Philippines, Romania, Russia, Turkey, Ukraine, and the United States of America It is preferable that the booking is with one of the government recommended hotels. The list of hotels is available in English and Chinese.
Hotel requirement
In view of the global developments and severity of the COVID-19 pandemic situation, the Government is implementing new control measures, include mandating all returnees arriving from countries outside China via the Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) to undergo 21-day compulsory quarantine at designated quarantine hotels.
According to the latest requirements under Cap.599H, relevant travellers arriving in Hong Kong via HKIA on December 21 (0000hr) onwards are required to provide confirmation of room reservation in a designated quarantine hotel in Hong Kong for not less than 21 nights starting on the day of arrival.
Other information
The sea‑air ferry operations from China have resumed effective 28 October 2020, while the operations from Macao remains cancelled. Passengers will not be accepted on flights if they are connecting further by ferry to China or Macao.
The transfer/transit services at HKIA from ports in Mainland China has resumed. Transfer/transit services to destinations in Mainland China will remain unavailable.
Transfer/transit services between different airlines will be allowed provided that the passengers are booked under the same air ticket (separate tickets are not allowed) and the passengers have been checked through with both boarding passes printed and baggage tagged-through to final destination; and that the operating airlines will communicate closely and implement all the required pre-flight checking and verification and in-flight safety measures.
Layover time must be within 24 hours and passengers meet the most updated immigration and health quarantine requirements of the destinations, and the transfer/transit requirements at HKIA to avoid having passengers stranded in Hong Kong.

Effective 1 January 2021 until 25 January 2021, Indonesia is temporarily closing its borders to foreigners. Only Indonesian passport holders and passengers holding valid permits will be allowed to enter Indonesia. Effective 1 January 2021, passengers are not allowed to transit through Jakarta (CGK).
The following categories of passengers are exempted from the entry restrictions:

Both foreigner and Indonesian passport holders entering Indonesia directly or transiting via other country must provide a printed medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 PCR test, in which the sample taken must be a maximum 72 hours of departure time

COVID-19 PCR certificate requirements
The negative COVID-19 PCR test certificate presented to Japanese immigration officers must include the type of test, time/date when sample is collected, result and result date. It is highly recommended to use the approved format for smooth entry. The certificate must be original and copied certificate will not be accepted.
The test must be by RT-PCR nucleic acid amplification test, LAMP nucleic acid amplification test or Antigen test (CLEIA) using Nasopharyngeal Swab or Saliva.
There is no exception for children and infants for the negative COVID-19 PCR test certificate requirement.
Exemptions
Quarantine
All arriving passengers to Japan regardless where they have been are required 14 days self-quarantine after arrival Japan and are prohibited to take any public transport including trains/buses/taxies and airplanes.
Passengers returning to/entering Japan are recommended to complete the online quarantine questionnaire prior arrival using link here (Internet access is required) and the QR code issued on website must be presented to a quarantine officer at the arrival airport. If an internet connection is not accessible, then a printed version is acceptable by immigration.

Transiting Passengers (foreign and Filipino nationals) from the above mentioned countries will be allowed entry provided they do not leave the transit area. Transiting passengers who have left the airport or were cleared for entry at the mentioned countries before travelling to the Philippines will not be allowed entry to the Philippines.
Foreign passengers travelling from or who have been to the specified countries within 14 days of arrival in the Philippines will not be allowed entry to the Philippines from the specified date of effectivity. Foreign passengers affected by the restrictions will be allowed entry prior to the effectivity date but will be required to undergo an absolute facility based 14-day quarantine even if they obtain a negative COVID-19 RT PCR test result.
Filipino citizens travelling from or who have been in the specified countries within the last 14 days prior to arrival in the Philippines will be allowed entry regardless of the restriction effectivity date but are required to undergo an absolute facility based 14-day quarantine even if they obtain a negative COVID 19 RT PCR test result.
Visa issuances and endorsements or exemptions provided by the government for any passengers transiting through the Philippines to the restricted countries are deemed suspended/invalidated effective 00:01 Philippine Time 24 December 2020 until 31 January 2021.

On Incoming Unaccompanied Minors
All unaccompanied minor Filipino Citizens coming from the countries/jurisdictions where travel restrictions are in place on account of the UK and South African variants, shall not be allowed boarding by the airlines until 31 January 2021, except if such minors are returning through the repatriation program of the national government. Upon arrival in the Philippines, the repatriated minors shall be turned over to the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration house parent who, in coordination with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), shall ensure the minor’s safety and their observance of quarantine protocols.
All unaccompanied minors coming from non travel restricted countries shall be allowed entry provided that the passenger adhere to the existing entry requirements as mandated by the Philippine government..
If you are travelling to the Philippines, you are required to take a COVID-19 PCR test on arrival and wait for your test results at accredited quarantine hotels.

COVID-19 testing requirements
Passengers travelling to the Philippines must take a COVID-19 RT-PCR test on arrival and undergo quarantine procedures in approved facilities while awaiting for the test results. The cost of quarantine accommodations shall be shouldered by the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) for land-based OFWs and by the local manning agency and/or Maritime Industry Authority for sea-based OFWs. OFWs must present their Overseas Employment Card (OEC) or Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) card at the time of check-in for validation.
Passengers, particularly Non-OFW (Overseas Filipino Workers), may undergo the required COVID-19 RT-PCR swab test at the accredited private testing centres established at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport at their own cost (approximately USD 80 or PHP 4,000).
For returning residents (Non-Overseas Filipino workers) arriving in Manila, swabbing arrangements must be pre-registered by accessing the Philippine Airport Diagnostic Laboratory.
Quarantine
Non-OFWs, namely Overseas Filipinos (OFs) returning home can choose from among the approved quarantine facilities at their own cost. Before arriving at the airport, passengers must also complete the Case Investigation form, the Affidavit of Undertaking form, and the Health Declaration card.

It is mandatory to wear a face mask and face shield within the terminal and all public transportation in the Philippines.

Effective 23 December 2020 until further notice, all long-term pass holders and short-term visitors with recent travel history to the UK and New South Wales (Australia) within the last 14 days will not be allowed entry into Singapore except Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents. This will also apply to all those who had obtained prior approval for entry into Singapore.
All passengers except Singapore citizens and permanent residents travelling to Singapore must apply for entry approval from the relevant government agencies (e.g. MOE, MOM), or via the application for a Safe Travel pass (details here). Travellers without entry approval will be denied entry and may have their existing work passes revoked.
Travel eligibility
Passengers travelling as Short‑Term Visitors are not allowed to transit or enter Singapore. Exceptions include: returning residents of Singapore, Singapore Resident with Long‑Term Pass, including passengers with a work pass, Student S Pass, Dependent S Pass, and Long‑Term Visit Pass.
Passengers with a new or existing Work Pass will be allowed entry into Singapore if they have an approval letter from the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) or the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA).
Passengers with a Long‑Term Visit Pass (LTVP) or a Long‑Term Visit Pass In‑Principle Approval (LTVP IPA) issued by the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA), will be allowed entry if they have an Approval Letter for Entry (ALE) issued by the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA).
Passengers with a Student's Pass (STP) or a Student's Pass In‑Principle Approval (STP IPA), will be allowed entry if they have an Approval Letter for Entry (ALE) issued by the Ministry of Education (MOE) or the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA).
Short‑term visitors will be allowed entry into Singapore if they have an Approval Letter for Entry (ALE) from the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA), Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI), Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) or the Ministry of Health (MOH). They could still be subjected to the prevailing health screening requirements upon entry. Possession of an Approval Letter for Entry (ALE) does not guarantee the issuance of a Visit Pass to enter Singapore.
COVID-19 testing requirements
Effective 17 November all inbound travellers, except those listed below, will be required to take a COVID-19 PCR test within 72 hours before departure for Singapore and present a valid negative COVID-19 test for entry to Singapore. The test result memo must be from recognised laboratories that are internationally accredited or recognised by the respective governments. Please also note that travellers who are aged 6 years or below do not require PCR COVID-19 test.
Effective 23 December 2020, Singapore Citizen and Singapore Permanent Residents with travel history to UK will be required to undergo a COVID-19 PCR test upon arrival in Singapore, at the start of their 14-day SHN.

Travellers from Australia
Effective 23 December 2020 until further notice, Singapore will be tightening border control measures for travellers with travel history to New South Wales (NSW), Australia. All travellers departing from Australia will be required to declare their travel history at airline check-in prior to their flight to Singapore. Short-term travellers holding an Air Travel Pass with travel history to NSW, Australia, within the last 14 days before departure for Singapore, will not be allowed to enter Singapore. All other travellers departing from Australia who have been in Australia (excluding NSW) in the last 14 days prior to travel will continue to be subject to a COVID-19 test upon arrival at the airport, in lieu of their SHN. Singapore Citizens (SCs), Permanent Residents (PRs) and Long-Term Pass holders entering Singapore with travel history to NSW, Australia within the last 14 days before departure for Singapore, will be subject to a 7-day SHN at their place of residence with a COVID-19 Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test before the end of the SHN period.
Travellers from India
Effective 17 September 2020, all passengers who have been to India within the last 14 days before arrival in Singapore are required to take a COVID‑19 PCR test within 72 hours of their departure. This requirement will apply on top of the existing requirements of a 14-day SHN at SDF and a negative COVID 19 PCR test before the end of their SHN. This requirement will, effective 19 October 2020, 23:59, also apply to passengers transiting/transferring through Singapore.
The COVID‑19 PCR test certificate must be issued by recognised laboratories in India that are internationally accredited or recognised by the Indian government. It must be in English, and state the following:
This requirement does not apply to passengers who are 6 years old and below and Singapore citizens or permanent residents.
Travellers from Indonesia and Philippines
Effective 19 October 2020, 23:59, travellers who are not Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents and with recent travel history to Indonesia or the Philippines within the last 14 days prior to entry, will be required to take a COVID‑19 PCR test within 72 hours before departure. These travellers will need to present a valid negative COVID‑19 test result as a condition of approval to enter Singapore. This requirement will apply on top of the existing requirements of a 14-day SHN at a SDF and a negative COVID‑19 test before the end of their SHN.

All passengers entering Singapore, including Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents and passengers with a Long‑Term Pass (LTP), must submit a health declaration. This can be done via the SG Arrival Card (SGAC) e‑Service or via the mobile application (to be downloaded from Apple AppStore or Google Play).
All seamen are required to hold these 3 documents : In-Principal Approval (IPA) issued by ICA, Maritime and Port Authority (MPA) Approval Letter and a Letter of Guarantee (LG) issued by the shipping company.
Quarantine
Upon entry into Singapore, passengers must serve a 14 day self-isolation at a dedicated Stay Home Notice (SHN) facility unless they fall under specific exemptions (details here).
Travellers from Hong Kong
Effective 14 October 2020, 23:59, all travellers from Hong Kong will serve a 7‑day SHN at their own accommodation in lieu of a 14‑day SHN at SDF. A COVID‑19 swab test will still be administered during the SHN period.
Travellers with travel route through Hong Kong – Dubai – Singapore will be required to serve a 14‑day SHN since they will be considered travellers arriving from Dubai and not Hong Kong.
Travellers from Sabah
Effective 14 October 2020, 23:59, all travellers entering Singapore who have a travel history in the past 14 days to Sabah (Malaysia) will be required to serve 14‑day SHN at SDF. This also applies to returning Singapore based travellers under the reciprocal Green Lane (RGL), as well as Malaysian Citizens and PRs entering Singapore under the Periodic Commuting Arrangement (PCA).

There are restrictions to the categories of passengers who can enter South Korea at this time. Please check the requirements before you travel.
COVID-19 testing requirements
Korean nationals arriving or transiting from the UK, South Africa and Brazil (effective 29 January 2021) must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test certificate issued within 72 hours of their scheduled departure from the country of origin. Koreans may enter the country without a COVID-19PCR test certificate, but they must undergo a 14-day quarantine at a government facility at their own cost. This does not apply to passengers who are 5 years or younger.
The negative COVID-19 test certificate requirement applies for passengers arriving on a direct flight or via a 3rd country. The certificate must be in Korean or English. Certificates that are not in Korean or English must be translated into Korean or English, notarized and submitted with translation certificate.
After 8 January 2021, 00:01 KST, all foreigners entering South Korea must carry a negative COVID-19 PCR test certificate issued within 72 hours of their scheduled departure from the country of origin to be accepted on the flight. Any foreigner not in possession of the required certificate will not be accepted on the flight. This does not apply to nationals of South Korea or passengers who are 5 years or younger.
All foreigners entering South Korea who have stayed in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Bangladesh, Philippines, Nepal and Uzbekistan within 14 days from their arrival date must carry 1 copy of a negative COVID 19 PCR test certificate issued within 72 hours of their scheduled departure from the country. The certificate must be issued by a testing lab or hospital designated by the Korean Embassy in the country. This does not apply to nationals of South Korea or passengers who are 5 years or younger.
Seamen travelling to South Korea with a C‑3‑11 visa must present a negative COVID‑19 PCR test result certificate issued within 72 hours of departure. Seamen travelling from Bangladesh, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Philippines, Nepal and Uzbekistan must present a certificate issued by a test lab or hospital designated by the South Korean embassy in their country.
From 1 June 2020, registered foreigners who exited the Republic of Korea from 1 June 2020 who are seeking re-entry must apply for a re-entry permit.
Registered foreigners who are seeking re-entry travelling from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Bangladesh, Philippines, Nepal and Uzbekistan after staying there for the last 14 days must present a negative certificate for a COVID-19 PCR test issued by the hospital/lab designated by the Korean embassy/consulate.
Exemptions
Effective 9 October 2020, customers connecting with Korean Air (KE) from Incheon (ICN) to Hong Kong (HKG) who are departing from countries in the Middle East including Dubai will not be accepted.
Transfer passengers from other areas through Dubai will be accepted for travel.
Connection to China via Incheon, Korea, is not allowed due to the lack of COVID-19 PCR testing facilities in the transit area. Passengers must have a visa and stay in South Korea for 14 days before taking a COVID-19 PCR test at two different hospitals, both with negative results, to continue their journey to China.
Other information
Effective 24 August 2020, the cost of quarantine and treatment may be imposed on the passenger.
Full costs will be imposed on violators of the isolation order or interdict of congregation or those who have submitted a forged COVID‑19 PCR test certificate regardless of the rules of reciprocity between countries.

If you are travelling to Taiwan, you must take a COVID-19 PCR test before departure, complete a quarantine survey and undergo a 14-day quarantine on arrival. Effective 1 January 2021, Chinese Taipei is no longer allowing transit through Taoyuan (TPE).
COVID-19 PCR testing
All foreign passengers entering Taiwan must present a negative COVID-19 PCR test result certificate issued within 3 working days (first depart point) prior to departure.
Passenger breaking journey at transit station for over 3 days before arriving into Taiwan needs to present new negative COVID-19 PCR test result certificate before boarding flight to Taiwan. The validity of the report should be within 72 hours from the time report issued until boarding flight to Taiwan.

The ban on international flights to Thailand has been extended until 31 January 2021 at 17:00 UTC. Travel to Thailand is restricted to specific categories of passengers. Please check the requirements below before you travel. You may be required to take a COVID-19 PCR test and submit additional documentation before departure.
COVID-19 testing requirements

COVID-19 RT-PCR test result and Fit to fly health certificate should be in English or Thai language only (both issued no more than 72 hours before travel).

Certificate of Entry (COE), Fit to fly health certificate are mandatory for all passengers travelling to Thailand.
All non-Thai nationals must carry medical insurance or a letter from their employer guaranteeing that the insurance company or employer will cover a minimum of USD 100,000 (or equivalent in other currencies) of medical costs incurred by the applicant in Thailand, including medical costs in the event that the applicant contracts COVID-19. The insurance must cover the whole duration of stay in Thailand.

Certificate of Residence Holders:
Aliens who have a certificate of residence in the Kingdom, including their spouses and children
Work permit holders:
Non-Thai national who have a work permit or have been granted permission to work in the Kingdom in accordance with Thai laws, including their spouses and children, or foreign workers who have been granted exemption from the government to temporarily stay in the Kingdom and permitted to work through their employers or licensees who are permitted to bring in foreign workers to work in the Kingdom
For these three categories of passengers, the following additional documents are required for entry:
Students:
Non-Thai nationals who are students of educational establishments in Thailand approved by Thai authorities, including their parents or guardians, except for students of non-formal schools in accordance laws on private schools or of any other similar private educational establishments
Students of educational establishments in accordance with the laws on private schools categorised as international schools or universities that provide international curriculum/ normal curriculum, including the parents or guardians of such students
Foreigners with Medical Appointment:
Non-Thai nationals who need to receive medical treatment in Thailand, including their accompanying persons, except for treatment for COVID-19. The accompanying persons shall be limited to no more than 3 persons and shall be quarantined in the same hospital, and the period of their stay in the Kingdom shall be no less than 14 days
Foreigners under a Special Arrangement or have been granted permission by the Prime Minister:
Non-Thai nationals who have been granted permission to enter into the Kingdom under special arrangements between Thai government agencies and other countries, or persons or groups of persons who have been granted permission by the Prime minister upon the submission for consideration after the examination and review by the Ad Hoc Committee for the Consideration of the Relaxation of the Enforcement of Measures to Prevent and Suppress the Spread of the Communicable Disease Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19), and shall comply with disease prevention measures determined by the Ad Hoc Committee

There are very strict limitations on who can enter Vietnam at this time. Please check the requirements before you travel. If you are travelling to Vietnam, you must take a COVID-19 PCR test before departure and have medical insurance for the duration of your stay.
COVID-19 PCR testing
A negative real-time COVID-19 PCR test certificate is required for entry into Vietnam. The test must be taken at labs qualified by the WHO or the government at the point of origin within 3 to 5 days of arrival in Vietnam.
Required forms
All passengers travelling to Vietnam must complete the online health declaration form before departure. Passengers who can't access the form online can request a printed form from Emirates cabin crew on board.
Passengers are also required to have a valid international medical insurance or, if invited by an organisation, the passenger must commit to cover all costs related to COVID-19 treatment in Vietnam if required.
Exemptions
The Vietnam government currently only approves entry for diplomats, specialists, highly skilled workers and business travellers. The company or organisation inviting these categories of passengers must request approval from the government office or City People Committee of Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City. They will also need to request quarantine plan approval from the local health authority.
Vietnamese citizens can only return home on repatriation flights operated by Vietnamese airlines.

COVID-19 PCR testing
All passengers must undergo a COVID-19 PCR test (at their own expense) on arrival. Arriving passengers must remain in self-isolation until they receive the result of the COVID-19 PCR test.
All arriving travellers to the Kingdom of Bahrain are required to pay the cost of two COVID-19 tests at a total of 40 BD, which includes an arrival test fees and an examination test fees that is conducted after their stay in Kingdom of Bahrain for 10 days.
Exemptions
Entry to Bahrain is restricted to Bahraini citizens, residents, GCC citizens who do not need a visa, passengers eligible to obtain a visa on arrival, passengers with a valid eVisa, diplomats, military personnel, airline crew, or holders of official, service or UN passports.

According to the notification issued by the Ministry of Health of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the entry of all passengers from the UK to Iran, either directly or by connection from the United Kingdom, is prohibited until further notice.
If you are travelling to Iran, you must take a COVID-19 PCR test and complete the self-declaration form before departure.
Travel eligibility
Tourist or Visit visas will not be issued on arrival.
COVID-19 testing requirements
All passengers, including Iranian nationals, who are over two years old must carry a negative COVID-19 PCR test result certificate issued no later than 96 hours before departure. The certificate is mandatory to be accepted on the flight.
All passengers arriving in Tehran will undergo thermal screening, and suspected COVID-19 cases will be isolated, regardless of their negative test result certificate.
Exemptions
Iranian nationals not holding a negative test result can be accepted with a form of indemnity (FOI). They will undergo a COVID-19 PCR test on arrival and will be isolated in IBIS Hotel for 48 hours until the test result is received. Passengers must cover the costs of the test and hotel stay.
Passengers returning to Iran within 14 days will not require an additional COVID-19 PCR test for their return trip to Iran if they retain a copy of their COVID-19 PCR test done before departure from Iran.
Required forms
Effective 5 August 2020, all passengers regardless of point of origin or nationality must complete the COVID-19 screening self-declaration form and present it to the health representatives on arrival.
Quarantine
Iranian nationals must complete an indemnity form and quarantine themselves at the specified address (preferably their own home) for 14 days. Non Iranian nationals will be quarantined at the Ministry of Health assigned IBIS International Airport Hotel for 14 days.

All costs for the COVID-19 PCR test (around USD 17) as well as hotel quarantine charges (around USD 30 per night) will be at the passenger’s expense.

COVID-19 PCR testing
All passengers travelling to Iraq must carry a negative COVID‑19 PCR test result certificate. A certificate from any government approved lab will be acceptable. The test result must be issued not more than 72 hours before arrival.
Passengers traveling to Basra must have a printed medical certificate with a negative coronavirus COVID-19 PCR test or RT-PCR test result. The test must have been taken at most 72 hours before arrival and the certificate must be in Arabic or English.
Passengers traveling to Baghdad must have a medical certificate with a negative coronavirus COVID-19 PCR test result issued at most 72 hours before departure.
Quarantine rules
Passengers entering Iraq as per the above mentioned regulations, will be subject to a 14 day quarantine.
Exemptions
All children under the age of 10 departing or arriving to Iraq are exempt from COVID-19 PCR test requirements.
Entry exceptions are granted for Diplomats, Official Government Delegations and working employees of International Organizations and Associations.

If you are travelling to Lebanon, you must take a COVID-19 PCR test and complete the online medical form and have a confirmed hotel booking before departure.

All passengers arriving in Lebanon must complete this online medical form issued by Lebanese Ministry of Public Health before boarding their flight to Lebanon.
COVID-19 testing requirements to take effect on 11 January 2021
All passengers travelling to Lebanon, except children under 12 years old and UNIFIL, must take a COVID-19 PCR test in a laboratory certified by the country’s local authority no later than 96 hours between the release of the negative test result and their date of arrival in Lebanon. The negative COVID-19 PCR test result must be presented at check in to be accepted on the flight.
All arriving passengers must take another COVID-19 PCR test on arrival. The cost of the COVID-19 PCR test and other medical diagnostic measures is USD 50 (except for children under 12 years age and UNIFIL) and it is collected at the time of flight booking. The test shall be conducted in laboratories authorised by the Lebanese Ministry of Public Health at the airport.
Quarantine for travel from 14 January 2021
All arriving passengers must have a prepaid hotel booking for 72 hours in one of the hotels designated by the Ministry of Tourism in Lebanon:
Exceptions to the above are passengers arriving from Cairo, Addis Ababa, Baghdad, Istanbul, or Adana who must have a prepaid hotel booking for 7 days.
The confirmed hotel booking has to be presented at the time of check-in.
After arrival to Lebanon, hotel buses will transport the passengers from the airport to the hotels, where passengers will quarantine for 72 hours until the result of the COVID-19 PCR test is issued. If the test result is negative then passengers can continue their quarantine for 5 more days at the place of their residence then perform another COVID-19 PCR test in one of the labs authorized by the Ministry of Public Health at their own expense. However, if the test is positive then passengers must follow the instructions of the Ministry of Public Health.
Passengers arriving from Cairo, Addis Ababa, Baghdad, Istanbul, and Adana will be transported from the airport to the hotel by hotel buses and shall remain quarantined for seven days. They must perform another COVID 19 PCR test at day six after arrival. If the test result is negative then passengers can transfer to their places of residence. However, if the test is positive then passengers must follow the instructions of the Ministry of Public Health.

All passengers arriving to the Sultanate of Oman are required to have international health insurance covering the cost of treatment from COVID-19 for one month except for citizens, GCC nationals and passengers with free treatment card.

All passengers must complete the COVID-19 PCR test pre-registration form before departure to the Sultanate of Oman and pay the twenty five (25) OMR test fees and download Tarassud+.
Quarantine
In line with the quarantine regulations, travel to the Sultanate of Oman for a period of less than 8 days is not permitted.
Arrivals to Oman are subject to COVID-19 PCR test with a 7 days quarantine, (Tarrasud+) and H Mushrif applications bracelet that will be paired with HMushrif mobile App and pay the cost of services of OMR 25 paid before arrival.

COVID-19 testing requirements
All non‑Saudis, except children 8 years and below, must present a negative COVID‑19 PCR test result issued by an accredited laboratory. The test must be done not later than 72 hours before the scheduled departure to the Kingdom and the test validity is from the time the test result was received and should not exceed the validity of 72 hours at the time of arrival to Saudi Arabia.
Additional entry requirement for Riyadh and Dammam: The test validity of 72 hours is to be calculated from the time the sample was taken.
The COVID-19 PCR test certificate has to be valid at the time of entry to either Dammam, Jeddah, Riyadh or Medina.
Quarantine
All passengers arriving in the Kingdom must comply with completing the full home quarantine period for 3 days and proceed for COVID-19 PCR test after 48 hours from arrival. If the COVID-19 PCR test is not done after arrival, then the home quarantine period will extend to 7 days.
Passengers arriving from Australia, Netherlands, Denmark, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, France, Singapore, Canada, Iceland, Hong Kong, Lebanon, Spain, Sweden and Japan have to complete a full home quarantine of 7 days with a COVID-19 PCR test on the 6th day.
Saudi National and the authorised passengers arriving from United kingdom and South Africa have to complete a full home quarantine of 14 days with a COVID-19 PCR test after 48 hours and repeat the test on the 13th day.

Travel Eligibility
Travel is suspended to and from India, Brazil, Argentina, United Kingdom and South Africa, including any passenger who has been in these countries in the last 14 days prior to their arrival in the Kingdom.
Health practitioners in India and their families are exempt from the suspension of travel to and from countries where COVID-19 has outbreak.

Entry allowed to the Kingdom for citizens of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Member States as well as non-Saudis who obtain any of the following visas: exit and re-entry, work permit, or Iqama (resident permit).

Passengers with "Premium Residency" and their families with an expired exit and return visa to KSA will be permitted to board, but must pay the renewal fee upon arrival.

If you are travelling to the Maldives, you may be required to take a COVID-19 PCR test before departure.
Travel eligibility
Passengers travelling to the Maldives as tourists must have a confirmed hotel reservation for their stay at a registered tourist facility. The visa on arrival facility is currently available.
COVID-19 testing requirements
Effective 10 September 2020, all tourists and travellers entering the Maldives for a short-term stay must present a negative COVID-19 PCR test result. The test must be conducted within 96 hours of departure from the first port of embarkation. Passengers who have transited for more than 24 hours must repeat the test. The certificate must have the name of the passenger as in the passport and name and address of the testing laboratory.
Passengers and airline crew are subject to medical screening on arrival.
Exemptions
The following categories of travellers are exempted from pre-arrival COVID-19 PCR test requirements:
Maldivian citizens and Work Visa holders travelling to Maldives and staying in Greater Male' area (Male', Hulhumale' and Villimale') are exempted from home quarantine if they are in possession of a COVID-19 negative PCR test result (test sample taken not more than 96 hours prior to the scheduled time of departure from the first port of embarkation en-route to the Maldives). It is strongly recommended that the individuals and/or employers (of work visa holders) to upload COVID-19 negative PCR test result to Maldives Immigration website portal prior to departure to the Maldives.

Complete the online Immigration and Health self-declaration form within 24 hours of your flight. A negative COVID-19 PCR test result has to be attached along with the online Immigration and Health self-declaration form.
Quarantine
Residents of Maldives (nationals and expatriates) have to undergo a 10-day mandatory quarantine on arrival.
This is also applicable for residents (nationals and expatriates) who stayed in transit in the United Kingdom for more than 12 hours or travelled to the United Kingdom within the past 14 days.

Tourist visa holders residing in guest houses shall provide COVID-19 negative PCR Test result done within 72 hours prior to check-in at the airport. Tourists shall contact the respective guest house management to facilitate the COVID-19 PCR tests. It is advised to stay in guest house and not to proceed to the airport before a negative COVID-19 PCR test result is obtained.

From 1 October 2020, Mauritian nationals, residents and tourists travelling for long stays are allowed entry to Mauritius. If you are travelling to Mauritius, you are required to take a COVID-19 PCR test before departure, have confirmed accommodations and complete the passenger health declaration and locator forms.
Any person having resided in the United Kingdom or South Africa or with a history of travel to and from United Kingdom and South Africa within the last 15 days will not be allowed entry or transit in the Republic of Mauritius. This is effective until 31st January 2021.

A certificate of a negative COVID-19 PCR test administered between 5 and 7 days prior to the date of boarding at the last point of embarkation.
Arriving passengers will have to undergo a COVID‑19 PCR test on the day of arrival at the airport and after 7 and 14 days. If they test positive for COVID‑19, they will be transferred to a public medical institution for treatment.
A printed COVID‑19 PCR test certificate is preferred and must be presented at the health counter on arrival.

Vaccinated Visitors
With immediate effect, Seychelles will be welcoming vaccinated visitors from any part of the world.
Passengers who have taken the complete dose of the vaccine—that is, two doses, and it’s been two weeks or more since they have taken the second dose of one of the five available vaccines (AstraZeneca, Moderna, Sinopharm, Pfizer BionTECH, Sputnik V) will be allowed free movement throughout their stay in Seychelles. Vaccinated visitors must present an authentic certificate from their national health authority as proof of vaccination against COVID-19 along with a negative COVID-19 PCR certificate obtained less than 72 hours prior to travel.
Non-Vaccinated Visitors:
Visitors who have not been vaccinated and coming from Permitted Countries will also be allowed entry. Permitted countries are divided into two categories:

Consideration for entry in Seychelles may also be given to visitors who are not on the permitted list of countries and who have not been vaccinated but they must be arriving by private jets. COVID-19 testing and attestation requirements
Effective 26 January, all passengers 2 years of age and older are required to get a COVID-19 viral test (nucleic acid amplification / PCR test or a viral antigen test) within 3 days before departure to the US. Passengers must provide written documentation of their negative test result (paper or electronic copy) to the airline. Test results must show the name, specimen collection date and type of test done. Test results where the testing date is more than 3 days before departure will not be accepted.
Alternatively, passengers may provide official written documentation of a positive COVID-19 test result within the last 3 months alongside a letter from their healthcare provider or a public health official that they have recovered and are cleared for travel. Together these are referred to as ‘documentation of recovery’.
All passengers age 2 and above travelling to the USA will be required to sign an attestation prior to departure (parent or other authorized individual may attest on behalf of passengers aged 2 to 17) confirming they meet the requirements and thus cleared to travel. Passengers who do not attest will not be permitted to travel.

Effective 30 December, all passengers travelling to Brazil, under all ages must take a COVID-19 PCR test within 72 hours before departing to Brazil. The negative COVID-19 PCR test result must be presented at check in to be accepted on the flight. Crew and Brazilian Nationals are also required to take the test.

Exemptions
Children under the age of 12, traveling accompanied, are exempt from presenting the result of the COVID-19 RT-PCR exam, provided that all companions present negative/ non-reactive RT-PCR test results for SARS-CoV-2. This exemption does not apply to children aged 2 to 12 and traveling unaccompanied, who must present the negative/ non-reactive RT-PCR test result for SARS-CoV-2.

Quarantine Exemptions
Business/short term travellers to Bengaluru with a negative COVID-19 RT PCR test report are exempted from quarantine. Such passengers must submit a declaration of authenticity of the test report and will be liable for criminal prosecution if found otherwise. The test report must be presented upon arrival at BLR Airport.
Students taking exams in Karnataka will be exempted from home quarantine if they undergo Rapid Antigen testing with a negative result or if they submit a negative COVID-19 RT PCR test report for a test conducted within 72 hours of departure.
All passengers must, ensure TN e-pass is applied and details are ready to be shown to state health authorities. Contact us to update the details of TN e-pass at least 48 hours before departure.
All passenger who are cleared by state health officials are permitted to use any mode of travel home including domestic flights.
Transfer passengers on arrival who are travelling to other states have to apply for fresh e-pass on arrival and follow the other state process when connecting on to a domestic flight. Transfer facility of passengers and baggage currently not available.

Quarantine Exemptions
Passengers travelling to Hyderabad for business reasons and having negative COVID-19 RT PCR test conducted within 72 hours prior to departure shall be exempted from the requirement of home/institutional quarantine. However, the passengers should return within 4 days of arrival as evidenced by confirmed return tickets.

On arrival, no COVID-19 RT PCR test will be conducted. However, COVID-19 RT PCR test will be conducted during 5th to 7th day at the hotel and all related costs are to be borne by the passenger.
Quarantine Exemptions
All passengers travelling to Mumbai (BOM) and connecting on a domestic flight to a destination out of Maharashtra will be exempt from the above requirement, provided they have negative COVID RT-PCR test conducted within 72 hours of boarding the flight. The passenger may also choose to undergo the COVID RT-PCR test at the airport itself, however only after the negative results are received the passenger will be allowed to proceed for the domestic flight.
Passengers under the following exceptional circumstances would be considered for exemption of 7 days mandatory institutional quarantine. Decision would be taken after arrival on verification of following reasons with proof of documents.

COVID-19 testing requirements
Effective 5 October 2020 to 31 March 2021, entry requirements for travellers to Pakistan have been revised. A mandatory negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test has to be taken within 96 hours of the travel date when coming from selected countries. For detailed information, please refer to the government website.
The following tests are considered equivalent to PCR based test for COVID-19: Real Time RT-PCR for Covid-19, Real Time RT-PCR for SARS-Cov-2, RT-PCR for COVID-19, RT-PCR for SARS-Cov-2, PCR for COVID-19, PCR for SARS-Cov-2, Xpert Xpress SARS-Cov-2 or SARS-Cov-2 GeneXpert
Required forms
It is mandatory for passengers travelling to Pakistan to complete the personal details on the web portal and will be required to present a paper print of the form at the time of check-in. Without this documentation customers will not be boarded for the flight. You can also install PASS TRACK app from Google Play store /Apple store and enter the personal details as required. Please make sure all the details you've provided on the form are correct before going to the airport. The completed form (on the app or printed copy of uploaded information) must be presented at check-in for verification before travel.
Passengers must upload a copy of the RT-PCR test (if done) on the app or web portal.
Exemptions
The following passengers are exempted from the COVID-19 PCR test requirement:
All passengers and crew members travelling to Pakistan must fill the Health Declaration Form provided at the airport.

Apps required
Upload/ feeding of data in the Pass Track App will be mandatory for all passengers arriving in Pakistan with effect from 23 December 2020, either through the Pass Track App or the Pass Track web form/ portal.
If you are travelling from Pakistan, you may be required to take a COVID-19 PCR test and submit additional documentation before departure. Please check the requirements of your specific destination before you travel.
COVID-19 testing requirements
Effective 16 November 20 for passengers originating their journey from Pakistan to any destinations requiring COVID-19 PCR test, Emirates will only accept COVID-19 negative test certificate from a Pakistan Government Approved Lab* where a QR Code is embedded on their printed certificate for verification purpose.

Passengers must make sure to check their transit & final destination requirement before going for a COVID-19 test. Passengers without authorised COVID-19 test certificate where a QR Code is not embedded or doesn't fulfil their destination requirement will be denied boarding without compensation.
Passengers must carry a printed COVID-19 test certificate – SMS and digital certificates are not accepted.
