If your flight has been cancelled or you choose not to travel on a flight currently booked on or before 31 May, you can request a refund without any fees. If your trip includes multiple legs, you can request a refund without any fees for any unused part of the journey – i.e. onward travel via Dubai.
If you paid for any extras, like seat selection, extra legroom, or an upgrade, those won't be refunded automatically along with your ticket. You will need to request a separate refund for each one. If you don't, you will only get the ticket price back.
To process your refund, please fill out this form if you booked directly with Emirates. Your refund will be processed in approximately 21 business days, but this may vary depending on your bank.
