Wi-Fi

  • Yes, you can pay for a Wi-Fi package using your debit or credit card on board. And if you’re an Emirates Skywards member, you can enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi access on Emirates flights.

    *Available on selected routes depending on aircraft type, model and configuration.

  • If you paid for Wi-Fi but had issues connecting on board, you can request a refund directly from the service provider Sita OnAir at cs@sita.aero(Opens your email client).

    Your Wi-Fi purchase confirmation email contains details on how to contact the provider and request a refund. Please check your inbox and refer to this email for instructions.

On-board safety

  • Your safety is our priority and our staff are fully trained across all areas of onboard safety. There’s a full inflight safety video before take-off and the cabin crew are on hand to answer any questions you have during the flight. You can also find a detailed safety card in the seatback pocket in front of you.

    We’ve taken further measures to keep inflight safety standards at their highest during COVID-19. Our teams on the ground and in the air are wearing masks and we ask all passengers to wear a mask for the duration of the flight. Before every trip, all our aircraft go through an enhanced cleaning and disinfection process. And on board we’ve made changes to maintain strict levels of hygiene and safety. Even the air on the flight is continually cleaned and exchanged through advanced HEPA filters that remove 99.97% of viruses, germs and allergens.

    The non-smoking policy also includes the use of e-cigarettes. No e-cigarettes can be used on board Emirates flights.
