Emirates Home Check-in
Book home check-inMake the most of your time and let the check-in agents come to you, wherever you are in Dubai. Our agents will complete check in at your home, hotel or office and take your bags to the flight. With everything completed, you can enjoy the rest of your day and breeze through the airport later.
Book and travel in First Class to enjoy complimentary Home Check‑in. Our free Home Check-in service applies to full fare First Class tickets. If you’ve bought your tickets using Skywards Miles or upgraded your ticket with cash or miles, you’ll need to book our paid Home Check-in service.
At the airport
Enjoy a hands-free journey through the airport with self check-in and mobile boarding passes.
Self check-in kiosks
It’s easy and quick to check-in for your flight using our self check-in kiosks.
Follow the steps on the touchscreen to complete the whole process. You can use biometric facial recognition to retrieve your booking, as well as operate the kiosk contactlessly using your mobile phone. You can view your itinerary, choose your seat and add your Emirates Skywards number at the same time.
If you’ve already checked in online, use self-service baggage drop to check in your bags.
Mobile boarding pass
There are no more printed boarding passes when you check in at Dubai International. Instead, we’ll send a mobile boarding pass to your email address or through an SMS link.
Open it up and present it on your phone through the airport, just like a paper boarding pass.
You can also download your mobile boarding pass from our self check-in kiosks and when you check in online.
Biometric path
Biometric path at Dubai International
It’s even easier and faster to travel through Dubai International airport when you register for biometrics. All it takes is a quick selfie on the Emirates app to match with your passport. Then you can check in, clear immigration, enter our Concourse B lounge and board your flights simply by facial recognition.

You can also register for biometrics with a quick photo at our check-in desks at Dubai International.

You can also browse through the menu in the Emirates App before you fly and open an offline version when you’re on board.
On board, you can check the contactless version of the menu through our OnAir Wi-Fi network. There’s no need to buy a Wi-Fi package - simply connect your device to the OnAir Wi-Fi network and open the portal in your browser. Scroll down to choose the menu for your travel class.

The Emirates App baggage tracker
Use the baggage tracker in the Emirates App to see where your bags are at every step of the journey.
You can follow your bag from check-in to loading on the aircraft, while it’s being transferred to a connecting flight, and see when it has arrived at your destination. Check the baggage belt number when your bags are ready to collect. And in the unlikely event it gets delayed, the tracker will give you a reference number (called a PIR) and tell you everything we’re doing to help.

Connections kiosk
Enjoy a smooth connection to your next flight. Use our self check-in kiosks to view your itinerary, change your seat on the flight, and send a mobile boarding pass to your email to present on your phone at the airport, or print one out. You can also get directions to your departure gate, all without having to visit our desks.
Airport transfer
