If your flight has been cancelled or you choose not to travel on a flight booked between 28 February until and including 31 May, you can request a refund without any fees. If your trip includes unused legs, such as onward travel via Dubai, you can request a refund for those segments, including any additional services purchased such as seat selection and extra baggage. Please note that additional services are not refunded automatically and will require a separate request for each. To process your refund, please fill out the form below if you booked directly with Emirates; alternatively, if you booked via a travel agent, please contact them to process your refund. Please do not try to refund your flight via Manage My Booking as this may show cancellation fees.
You can request a refund by completing our form. We will process the refund according to the rules of your fare at the time you bought your ticket.
You may use this form for refund of taxes if applicable, after completing your journey to avoid cancellation of the unused portion of your journey.
You may also use this form to request a refund of any additional services you have purchased along with your flight ticket. To request a refund of any additional services purchased, please enter the EMD Receipt number associated with the service, along with the e-Ticket Receipt number to avoid any problems with your request.
If your flight ticket and any additional services were purchased through a travel agent, please contact the agent for a refund.
If your flight ticket is issued by a travel agent but you purchased additional services directly with Emirates, you can request a refund by completing our form.
If you are resigned staff, you can request a refund by completing our form.
What product are you requesting a refund for?
In the event of death of the passenger or close family member, we may waive applicable cancellation fees when refunding ticket. If you believe you are eligible for this fee waiver, please complete this form.
Note: We can only waive your fees if permitted by the Fare Conditions of your ticket. You will need to submit supporting documents along with the completed form. Please have the appropriate documents on hand before submitting your request.
