GROUND PARTNERS
Enjoy our partnership with SNCF and combine your Emirates flight and a TGV train journey between the TGV station at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport and the following 19 train stations:
Aix en Provence, Angers St Laud, Avignon TGV, Bordeaux St Jean, Champagne-Ardenne TGV, Le Mans, Lille Europe, Lorraine TGV, Lyon Part-Dieu, Marseille Saint Charles, Montpellier St Roch, Nantes, Nîmes, Poitiers, Rennes, Saint-Pierre-des-Corps, Strasbourg, Toulon and Valence TGV.
When making your flight booking online, simply select your departure or arrival from one of the above TGV stations – as you would if you were booking a normal flight. Once you’ve finalised your reservation on our website you’ll receive an Emirates ticket which will include your train journey.
If you’re booking through an Emirates office or travel agent, ask them to add this service for you before they complete your booking.
You must go to the TGV Air counter at the train station mentioned on your ticket from 24 hours to at least 20 minutes prior to the train’s departure. An SNCF agent will give you your TGV train ticket after you’ve shown them your plane ticket and a form of identity (either your EU identity card or passport).
You must present your Emirates plane ticket at the TGV Air counter in the train station mentioned on your ticket. Please note if you don’t do this, or if you miss your train, Emirates reserves the right to cancel your entire reservation and apply a penalty of up to 100% of the ticket cost.
For safety reasons you won’t be able to check in your baggage at the train station for your entire journey – you can only check in your baggage in at the airport. To ease the check-in process, you can use the baggage drop-off or the priority check-in counters at the airport.
When you arrive at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport you should collect your baggage and go to the TGV Air counter at the train station. An SNCF agent will give you your TGV train ticket after you’ve shown them your plane ticket and a form of identity (either your EU identity card or passport).
If your train or flight is delayed, SNCF and Emirates are committed to rebooking you on the first available train or flight. Please contact an Emirates or SNCF agent if your flight or train is delayed.
Please note that even if you’re a member of both Emirates Skywards and SNCF’s loyalty programmes, as your ticket is considered an airline ticket, only Skywards Miles will apply. In addition, please note this service isn’t available on reward bookings.
