There are restrictions in place for specific categories of passengers to enter Russia. Please check the latest requirements before you travel. If you are travelling to Russia, you may be required to take a COVID-19 PCR test before departure or on arrival.
COVID-19 testing requirements
Before boarding the flight to Moscow, all non‑Russian citizens including children, must present a certificate of a negative COVID‑19 PCR test taken not more than 72 hours before their time of arrival to Moscow. The certificate must either be in English or Russian.
If travelling from Dubai, Russian nationals do not need to take a COVID‑19 PCR test before departure. However, they must take one at a Russian clinic within 72 hours of arrival and register and upload a negative result.

Quarantine
There are currently no quarantine requirements for travel to Russia.
