Mojito

Bacardi rum muddled with fresh lime, mint and sugar, topped with a splash of soda.

A summer favourite and a refreshing pick-me-up. This Cuban invention is made with a quality white rum, but there are many variations – some people like to add a splash of Angostura bitters or prefer the stronger flavour of a dark rum.

Champagne Cocktail

Champagne with sugar, Angostura bitters, Hennessy XO cognac, garnished with an orange slice and maraschino cherry.

Give your journey extra sparkle with our version of the indulgent Champagne Cocktail. We use outstanding Hennessy aged cognac and premium champagne.
  • Breakfast Martini
Sipsmith London Dry Gin infused with orange marmalade, a touch of fresh lime, Cointreau and freshly squeezed orange juice.
  • Espresso Martini
Belvedere Vodka boosted by Tia Maria and a shot of espresso coffee.
  • Classic Martini
Sipsmith London Dry Gin with a hint of Martini Extra Dry, garnished with an olive.

Bloody Mary

A timeless classic of Belvedere vodka with an edge of spiced tomato juice.

The traditional Bloody Mary was invented in New York in the 1920s. Taste the unmistakable mix of Worcestershire sauce-spiced tomato juice with chilled vodka on your next Emirates flight.

Cosmopolitan

Belvedere vodka paired with Cointreau, a splash of fresh lime and laced with cranberry juice.

A refreshing sweet drink with disputed origins. However, bartender Neal Murray claims it, saying that in 1975 he added a splash of cranberry to a Kamikaze cocktail. The first taster declared, “How Cosmopolitan!” thereby creating the name.
  • Old Fashioned
Woodford Reserve Bourbon with a splash of Angostura bitters, a touch of sugar, slice of fresh orange and a maraschino cherry.
  • Manhattan
A laidback blend of Woodford Reserve bourbon, Angostura bitters and vermouth.

Kir Royale

Champagne with Crème de Cassis, giving dry, fruity flavoured bubbles.

Sweeten your bubbles with a measure of Crème de Cassis blackcurrant liqueur. The Kir is named after a French priest in Burgundy who served the combination for a special reception and the drink took off.

Negroni

Sipsmith London Dry Gin mixed with Martini Rosso and Campari Bitter.

A cocktail that stirs together dry, sweet and bitter tastes in one delicious blend. The Negroni is said to be invented in Florence, Italy and named after Count Camillo Negroni, who asked the bartender for an Americano cocktail but with gin, not soda.
