What do I do if I there are Points missing from my account?

If Business Rewards Points haven’t been credited to your account, you can make a Business Rewards Points Claim within four months of the flight. Simply log in to your Emirates Business Rewards account.

Here are some reasons why Business Rewards Points may not have been credited to your account:

  1. The payment is still being processed, or the itinerary is not yet flown or partially flown.
  2. The travel agent didn’t enter the Business Rewards membership number in the booking.
  3. The fare wasn’t eligible to earn Points, for example a corporate, group or tour fare or other formally negotiated airfare.
