Refunds and travel vouchers
Passengers travelling to and from Indira Gandhi International airport (DEL) after 7 July 2017 on tickets purchased on or before 7 July 2017, can claim a refund for user development fee (UDF) charges.
If you purchased your ticket directly with Emirates, you can request the refund online once you’ve completed the full journey. Please note if a refund is submitted before completion of the journey, your booking will be cancelled automatically. Please also state the reason for the refund in the comments section.
You should make the claim within 45 days for domestic tickets, and within 60 days for an international ticket.
If you purchased your ticket via a travel agent, please contact them directly to receive your refund.
