Mix up a mocktail

Whether it’s for a special occasion or you simply fancy something more exotic than your usual soft drink, you can learn to create some of our sparkling mocktails with these video guides. Each mocktail includes delicious ingredients to give you a rejuvenating boost on the journey. Next time you fly with us in First Class or Business Class, join us in the A380 Onboard Lounge to watch our cabin crew mix one from our list, or have a mocktail delivered to your seat.

And if you're flying with us from 1 August 2021 to 1 September 2021, you can enjoy our selection of summer mocktails on board. Choose from seasonal flavours like strawberry and lemon, passionfruit and lime, or pomegranate and elderflower.

Strawberry fields

A seasonal summer fruit favourite

Taste summer vibes in the skies, with the sweet flavours of strawberry fields. Fresh strawberries mixed with a squeeze of lime and a base of lemonade will transport you straight to your holiday lounger. An added hint of basil and pinch of black pepper give this mocktail a unique edge.

Sundowner

The perfect citrus sunset drink

Watch the sun go down among the clouds from the comfort of your seat onboard, enhanced with a sip of our sundowner mixture of freshly squeezed orange juice, lime, a hint of passionfruit, and a light addition of passionfruit syrup.

Floral fizz

Refresh your spirits with elderflower and fizz

For a light and sophisticated refreshment, the floral fizz blend of sparkling apple pomegranate juice and rose water is the perfect choice for after your meal. Enjoy with a garnish of mint and a delicious hint of elderflower syrup.

Orange Fizz

A rejuvenating mocktail of fresh orange juice and ginger ale.

Ginger ale is a Canadian favourite created by John McLaughlin. In 1904 he began experimenting with flavour extracts and invented pale dry ginger ale, the main ingredient of the Orange Fizz. It gives the drink a warm, spicy flavour to complement the zesty orange juice.

Virgin Cucumber Gimlet

A refreshing mocktail with cucumber and lime.

It’s pronounced Gimlet with hard ‘g’. It’s thought to be named after surgeon Admiral Sir Thomas Gimlette who used a lime cordial drink to boost vitamin C in the British Royal Navy. We use freshly squeezed lime in ours with the hydrating freshness of cucumber.

Apple Spritzer

Apple juice with a fizz of soda water for any time of day.

Apfelschorle (apple juice spritzer) is one of the most popular soft drinks in Germany. Feel free to create your own variety of Saftschorle - juice spritzer - from our range of fruit juices on board.
