Why haven’t I received my baggage yet?

If your baggage status is ‘closed’ on, it means you’ve either already been reunited with your baggage, or it’s on its way to you.

Sometimes traffic, the distance between the airport and the delivery address, and other circumstances outside our control can delay the return of your baggage. If you know the delivery company being used to return your baggage, you can contact them directly.
