Important Information:

• Cardholders who wish to participate in the Reward Program must first become an Emirates Skywards member and obtain an Emirates Skywards membership number if they would like to redeem RewardCash for Skywards Miles.
• The First Name and Last Name on cardholders’ HSBC Credit Card account must match their Emirates Skywards membership details.
• Emirates Skywards membership number must be provided at the time of conversion.
• A minimum of 40 RewardCash is required for each conversion.
• HSBC RewardCash will be converted to Skywards Miles at the specified rate. HSBC reserves the right to adjust the conversion rate without prior notice.
• Cardholders whose accounts are valid and in good standing will only be eligible to transfer RewardCash to Emirates Skywards account.
• HSBC RewardCash will be deducted from cardholder’s account when the conversion request has been processed. Skywards Miles will be credited within 15 days. RewardCash cannot be transferred back to the Account or retransferred to another participating airline’s frequent flyer/travel reward program account.
• Once HSBC RewardCash is converted, the expiry and value of converted rewards are subject to the terms and conditions of Emirates Skywards.
• All HSBC RewardCash conversions to Emirates Skywards are final and cannot be cancelled or reversed.
• Conversion service to Emirates Skywards is provided by a third-party administrator. By requesting the transfer of HSBC Hong Kong RewardCash to Skywards Miles, the cardholder authorizes HSBC Hong Kong to send certain information to Emirates Skywards and our third-party administrator, including their First & Last Name, Emirates Skywards membership number, and the amount of HSBC RewardCash to transfer.
• All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for redemptions within the Rewards Program or transferring Points under Emirates Skywards will be decided by HSBC at its sole discretion.
• Fraud and abuse relating to the earning and transferring of RewardCash to or in Emirates Skywards may result in the forfeiture of accumulated RewardCash, as well as the cancellation of a Cardholder’s credit cards.
• The cardholders are subject to, and must comply with, the rules of the Emirates Skywards program. It is the sole responsibility of Emirates Skywards to provide cardholders with a copy of the relevant program rules upon their enrolment in Emirates Skywards.
• HSBC Hong Kong assumes no responsibility for RewardCash transferred from a cardholder’s account to an Emirates Skywards account or for the actions of the reward program or otherwise.
• Emirates Skywards may change its program rules, including regulations, policies, benefits, and conditions of participation or mileage levels, in whole or in part at any time with or without notice, even though changes may affect the value of the free mileage already accumulated.
• The Emirates Skywards program participation in the Rewards for Miles Program is subject to change upon notice.
• For the avoidance of doubt, Skywards Skysurfers, My Family and Business Rewards accounts are not eligible for financial partner conversions.
