Changes to our Chauffeur-drive service

Chauffeur-drive is available in nearly all our current destinations. You can check if the service is available in your city by using the search tool below.

The safety and wellbeing of all our customers and our drivers is our highest priority

In Dubai, our chauffeurs will be wearing a mask. Our chauffeurs around the world will follow the safety regulations in each destination. You will also need to follow the local safety regulations and bring your own mask and gloves to wear if these are required. Hand sanitiser will be available in your car.

The car is completely cleaned and disinfected from the start of every driver’s duty. And the interior is sanitised after every trip, including buckles, handles, buttons, switches and blinds.   • First Class luxury door to door
    Travel better to and from Dubai International in our luxury First Class limousine. Recline your seat, switch off and enjoy the view or catch up on your messages while our chauffeur does the driving. Set the temperature and relax into the journey in the comfort of your luxury seat.
  • BMW 5 Series Touring for Business Class

    When you fly Business Class with us, we’ll drive you in comfort to and from Dubai International in our BMW 5 Series Touring car. Settle into your leather seat, relax in the spacious interior and let our chauffeur take you where you need to go.

  • Chauffeur-drive around the world

    You can book our convenient Chauffeur-drive service in over 70 cities. In each destination, we work with partners who provide high standard cars and knowledgeable drivers to take you within a set distance, which you can extend for an extra fee. Book Emirates Chauffeur-drive

Arrange your Chauffeur-drive pick-up at least 12 hours ahead of your flight. You can add it to your itinerary when you book your flight, or later through Manage Your Booking. When you land, check in with your driver at our Chauffeur-drive desks.

Booking conditions

  1. Only adult passengers are entitled to Chauffeur-drive service and one adult is entitled to one car.
  2. Maximum capacity per sedan is 4 passengers, with a total luggage limit of 2 suitcases plus 1 carry-on bag. This is subject to change based on local regulatory requirements.
  3. Your driver will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time.
  4. Additional charges apply if a larger vehicle or child or infant car seat is required.
  5. You can travel further than the mileage limit for an extra fee. Simply pay our Chauffeur-drive partner directly before you start your journey. They will be in touch within 96 hours before your flight departs and will either send a payment link to the email address in your booking, or they may give you a call. In most cities the option to pay the extra fee to the chauffeur on collection is not available.
  6. Chauffeur-drive service is not available in conjunction with Skywards Business and First Class Classic Rewards and Economy to Business Class upgrades.
  7. Chauffeur-drive vehicle models are subject to availability.
