How do I use Hold My Fare?

You can choose to hold your fare when you get to the payment page on You will see your reservation fee, which you’ll need to authorise on your card. There’s also some information about how to use the Hold My Fare service and how to complete your booking.

This reservation fee will only be charged if you don’t pay for your full fare within 72 hours. We’ll show the expiry date and time so you know when you need to pay.

You can only use Hold My Fare for Economy Class flights, and not with other products. If you choose to hold a fare, any other products in your shopping cart, such as hotel bookings or travel insurance, will be removed from your booking. Once you pay for your flights, then you can add more products to your journey via Manage a booking.
