As directed by the UK government, Emirates will be suspending passenger services between Dubai and all our UK points –Birmingham, Glasgow, London, Manchester, effective 1300hrs GMT on 29 January 2021 until further notice.

Travellers seeking to enter the UK should refer to the UK government website for the latest information on entry requirements and isolation / quarantine arrangements on arrival.
From 2 February 2021, we will operate passenger flights to Dubai from London Heathrow and Manchester. Customers seeking to leave the UK on these services should ensure that they are authorised to travel under the latest UK government rules, and meet the travel requirements of their final destination.
Effective 31 January 2021, all passengers arriving into Dubai from any point of origin (GCC countries included) must hold a negative PCR test certificate, for which the test must be taken no more than 72 hours prior to time of departure.
UAE nationals are exempt from the above, but will be required to take a PCR test on arrival at Dubai airport.
Passengers arriving into Dubai from certain countries will be required to take another PCR test on arrival at DXB.
Passengers transiting through Dubai must ensure that they comply with the entry requirements of their respective destination country.

Please be careful to protect your personal information and don’t respond or click on links in such emails. The easiest way to detect a fake email is to look at the email address it was sent from. All official emails from Emirates are sent from one of these two email addresses: email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org
Emirates has expanded its medical partnerships to offer all passengers exclusive home or office COVID-19 PCR testing rates at the following centres:

The test costs AED 130 per person. Home or office testing within Dubai costs AED 240 per person. Test results will be available within 24 hours.

You must take the test within the period required by your destination and Emirates will not be responsible if the test results are not released in time for travel.
