The latest expression of the maison’s prestige cuvée is shaped by a dry and contrasted year in Champagne, meaning careful grape selection was essential. The result is exceptionally ripe chardonnays and pinot noirs, showing a beautiful balance between maturity and freshness.
Dom Pérignon Vintage 2017 offers aromas of petrichor, jasmine and candied citrus zest leading to a vibrant palate, combining sweetness, acidity and bitterness with energy and depth. The finish is lifted by candied yellow citrus peel, bringing freshness and length. For the best pairing, enjoy Dom Pérignon 2017 with refined seafood dishes.
Bouchard Pere & Fils, Chevalier-Montrachet 2015
Exclusive to selected Africa routes, this rare Grand Cru chardonnay comes from the renowned terroir of Puligny-Montrachet. Celebrated for its power, precision and mineral tension, it is produced by Bouchard Père & Fils, a historic Burgundy house founded in 1731.
Limited production and restricted allocations make it exceptionally exclusive.
The 2015 vintage is generous and expressive, showing ripe citrus, white peach, orchard fruit, subtle spice and delicate toasted notes. The palate is full and layered, yet remains precise and elegant, with remarkable depth, freshness and length.
Seña 2016
One from our wine list on routes to the Far East. Seña 2016 is one of Chile’s most prestigious wines and a benchmark for premium cabernet sauvignon-led blends from the Aconcagua Valley. Now with several years of maturity, Seña 2016 offers the chance to experience a beautifully balanced and refined vintage.
The 2016 vintage was marked by a cooler growing season, allowing for slow ripening and excellent aromatic precision. Refined notes of blackcurrant, blackberry, cherry, violet, tobacco, graphite, cedar and sweet spice, with subtle herbal and mineral nuances adding complexity. The palate is elegant and structured, with fine tannins, freshness and a long, layered finish.
Vilafonte Series C 2016
You’ll find this wine on routes to and from Africa. Vilafonté Series C 2016 is a premium South African red wine produced in Paarl. The estate is dedicated to producing Bordeaux-style blends from old, deeply weathered soils, with a strong focus on precision, structure and ageing potential. Series C is cabernet sauvignon-led, supported by other classic Bordeaux varieties, giving the wine depth, concentration and firm structure.
The 2016 vintage shows intense notes of blackcurrant, blackberry, plum, cedar, graphite and dark spice. The palate is powerful and layered, with polished tannins, freshness and a long, refined finish.

An exclusive for our UK routes. With over twenty years of maturity, Château Mouton Rothschild 2003 offers a rare opportunity to experience a fully developed First Growth Bordeaux in the 1855 Classification from one of the region’s most recognisable and prestigious Pauillac estates.

Exclusive on our routes across Australasia, Penfolds RWT Shiraz 2015 is a chance to experience one of Australia’s benchmark expressions of Barossa Valley Shiraz. Created as a more opulent, single-region counterpart to Penfolds’ multi-regional Grange, RWT - Red Winemaking Trial - is known for its aromatic richness, plush texture and maturation in French oak.
The 2015 vintage offers impressive ripeness, concentration and depth. Intense notes of blackberry, black plum, blueberry, dark cherry, liquorice, mocha, spice and cedar, with subtle savoury and earthy nuances beginning to develop. Chateau Cheval Blanc Petit Cheval Blanc 2023
Look out for this rare wine on our Europe routes. This highly sought-after white cuvée from Cheval Blanc comes from the former La Tour du Pin vineyard, one of Bordeaux’s most prestigious estates and globally recognised for its legendary red wine.
Limited quantities make this exceptionally exclusive.
The 2023 vintage is crafted mainly from sauvignon blanc, supported by sémillon. This wine brings together aromatic precision, texture and freshness. It shows bright citrus notes, white flowers, grapefruit, green apple and subtle mineral tension, with a refined creamy texture and excellent length.
