Earn Miles
- Skywards Miles can be earned on Air Canada operated flights.
- To claim missing Skywards Miles for flights completed within the last six months, provide your flight details using Live Chat.
- The following classes are not eligible to earn Miles:
- Within Canada: S, T, L, K, G, I, N, X, F and R
- International (incl. flights between Canada and US): I, N, X, F and R
Spend Miles
- Reward tickets are subject to availability
- Rewards are only valid on Air Canada operated flights with the flight code AC.
- Miles needed as stated is for direct flights only. Where no direct service is operated, two or more rewards may be required.
- Reward flights can be booked for both one‑way and round‑trip travel.
- Reward ticket coupons cannot be used out of sequence.
- All flights must be confirmed at the time of Miles redemption. Waitlists are not permitted.
- Reward tickets are valid for 12 months from the original date of issue with a maximum stay of three months.
- Reward values are exclusive of taxes, fuel surcharge and other charges. These need to be paid separately.
- Children and infants occupying a seat and travelling on reward tickets will need to redeem the same number of Miles as that of an adult member. Infant rewards are not permitted.

Skywards Gold and Platinum members are required to present their Emirates Skywards digital membership card plus a valid ticket or boarding pass, for a flight with at least one sector operated by Air Canada, connecting to or from an Emirates operated international flight
