In the connections area our team will be there to help you at the desks. There are also self check-in kiosks, where you can see your itinerary, print your boarding pass or send your boarding pass to your email address to use on your phone as a mobile boarding pass. If you’ve registered for Emirates Biometrics you can check in by facial recognition.
The self check-in kiosks are positioned at a height so that they can be operated from a wheelchair. Our kiosks have touchscreens and accessible features such as touch controls, and an audio socket and loudspeaker for customers with hearing, vision and speech disabilities. You can also control the kiosk using your phone.
The kiosks have audio, written and visual instructions to tell you exactly what to do at each step and our team are always on hand to help you through the process.

At Security we have priority lanes for people with disabilities and a sunflower route to give priority in the queue to people with hidden disabilities and sensory sensitivities.

Once you pass through Security, you can continue to your next departure gate on Concourse A, B or C. This is marked on your boarding pass. You can find out more about the concourses on our page about travelling around the concourses.
If you’re connecting to another airline your flight may depart from another terminal. You can find out more about the free shuttle bus to the next terminal and what happens to your bags on our page about travelling between terminals.
