We are operating a limited number of flights until further notice. Customers can check the flight schedule for upcoming flights, as well as book seats to travel.
Customers transiting in Dubai will only be accepted for travel if they also hold a confirmed booking for their connecting flight. You can check the flight schedule for the latest information.
Emirates continues to monitor the situation and will develop our operational schedule accordingly.

If your flight has been cancelled, please contact us for rebooking. If you booked with a travel agent, please contact the agent for rebooking.
You may be able to amend your booking or rebook flights online within 72 hours of your original departure date by visiting Manage Booking or “Manage Your Booking” on the Emirates app.

Affected customers will receive a cancellation notice and will be advised on reaccommodation options. Please check flight status on emirates.com, to ensure your flight is operating before heading to the airport.
If your travel plans have been affected, we’ll do our best to rebook you on the next available Emirates flight. This applies to most disrupted tickets, including journeys connecting beyond Dubai.

Yes. If you are booked on a flight scheduled to depart up to and including 31 March, you can rebook on another flight to the same destination or another destination in the same region for travel on or before 30 April.
You can amend bookings and rebook flights online within 72 hours of your original departure date by visiting Manage Booking or “Manage Your Booking” on the Emirates app, or contact us or your travel agent for support.

If your flight has been cancelled or you choose not to travel on a flight currently booked on or before 31 March, you can request a refund without any fees. If your trip includes multiple legs, you can request a refund without any fees for any unused part of the journey – i.e. onward travel via Dubai.
To process your refund, please fill out this form if you booked directly with Emirates. Your refund will be processed in approximately 15 business days, but this may vary depending on your bank.
If you booked via a travel agent, please contact them to process your refund and for updates on timelines.
