Chauffeur-drive service is available to Emirates First Class passengers, and Business Class passengers booked in Saver, Flex or Flex Plus fare brands in selected cities in Africa, Asia, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, North and South America, and the Middle East. Service in Hong Kong is available to Emirates First Class passengers only. See applicable restrictions for each city.
Chauffeur-drive service is available only to First Class and Business Class passengers holding tickets with confirmed reservations in First Class or Business Class on Emirates-operated flights. (Service in Hong Kong is available to Emirates First Class passengers only.) The service is available only if the booking is ticketed and is not available to passengers who are waitlisted for an Emirates flight or for passengers collecting tickets on departure.
Chauffeur-drive service is not available on flights with other airlines and/or where Emirates is the marketing carrier only. This applies to codeshare flights operated by Emirates Skywards airline partners (restrictions apply).
Effective 1 March 2019, new Chauffeur-drive service reservations are not available in conjunction with Skywards Business and First Class Classic Rewards and Economy to Business Class Upgrades. This extends to replacement Chauffeur-drive reservations for any flight re-booked after 1 March 2019. Chauffeur-drive reservations completed prior to 1 March 2019 in conjunction with flights after 1 March 2019 will not be impacted.
Chauffeur-drive service is not available on reward tickets booked via Emirates Skywards airline partners for travel on Emirates.
Qantas codeshare flights operated by Emirates (with a QF flight number) between Asia and Australia/New Zealand are not eligible for our Chauffeur-drive service. If a customer would like to request Chauffeur-drive for flights between Asia and Australia/New Zealand, they must be booked on an Emirates operated flight (with an EK flight number).
Chauffeur-drive service is not available on complimentary tickets or complimentary upgrades from Economy Class to Business Class.
Chauffeur-drive service is not available to minors unaccompanied in the car by a parent or guardian.
Chauffeur-drive service can be provided at stopover points when the passenger has paid a fare (including applicable taxes) that allows a stopover. The service is not available in cities where the passenger is in transit (i.e. where there is less than 24 hours between connecting flights).
If the Chauffeur-drive service requested exceeds the mileage limits specified for that city, passengers must pay for the excess mileage at locally applicable rates. Payment should be made to the Chauffeur-drive service provider directly. In some cases this will mean that the passenger will be contacted by the Chauffeur-drive service in advance and payment will be made by credit card. In other cases, the mileage charges should be paid directly to the chauffeur driver. See mileage restrictions for Chauffeur-drive for details on this.
Passengers from Abu Dhabi not wishing to travel at night may use Chauffeur-drive service either between Abu Dhabi and a hotel in Dubai, or a hotel in Dubai and Dubai International.
If a passenger fails to cancel his or her Chauffeur-drive booking and the chauffeur car arrives at the appointed time and place only to be sent away, the Chauffeur-drive service cannot be rebooked in conjunction with the same ticket.
Chauffeur-drive service in many cases is not available to cross national borders of the departure/arrival airport country. Please check with your local Emirates office prior to your Chauffeur-drive booking.
Chauffeur-drive service is not available between terminals at an airport, or between different airports.

Chauffeur-drive services are provided by third party suppliers. Emirates is not responsible for any agreed transactions between the passengers and the Chauffeur-drive service provider, for the acts or omissions of such suppliers, or for any deficiency in the facilities and services offered. In particular, Emirates has no liability for loss, personal injury, or death incurred during the use of such facilities and services unless such loss, personal injury or death is / are caused solely by Emirates' negligence. Some special fare itineraries may have restrictions on the Chauffeur-drive service. Please check at the time of booking your flights.
Chauffeur-drive pick-up time should be strictly adhered to, without exception. Pick-up time is not negotiable. Drivers will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes, after which the driver will advise the passenger that he can wait no longer and is being released to the next assignment.
At all times, it is the responsibility of the person booking the Chauffeur-drive service to verify that the address given when booking the service is within the complimentary distance or beyond it, and to check with the local Emirates office in advance for any excess mileage costs. This includes any Chauffeur-drive service requested using our website - our website will not verify the address entered and will not be able to provide a notification of whether the address is within or beyond the complimentary distance at the time of booking.
The Chauffeur-drive service is not available in a city when there is also a Rail or Bus service on the Emirates ticket for that city.
