From 16 May to 15 June you can share in this culinary experience on selected routes* with seasonal white asaparagus on the menu. Savour an appetiser of white asparagus salada with beetroot-cured salmon, marinated edamame and quail egg, and a choice of dishes including grilled veal steak served with hollandaise, poached white asparagus and steamed dill potatoes.
