Passengers arriving from certain countries, including the UAE, will be able to enter the UK without having to self-isolate unless they have travelled to or transited through a non-exempt country 14 days before their arrival in the UK. The full list of the countries is published .
Passengers who still need to quarantine, must self-isolate in their accommodation for up to 14 days on arrival and they must provide details of their flight, transport, contact details and address for the period of self-isolation.
Effective 30 October, a fine will be imposed on arriving passengers who have not submitted the Passenger Locator Form.
Passengers must wear face coverings on all flights travelling from and to the UK.
