Terms and Conditions

  1. Tickets must be booked and fully paid between 24th August and 23rd September 2026 and travel between 1st September and 30th December 2026. This promotion is only applicable to new bookings and cannot be applied retrospectively.
  2. One free visa per full paying adult and child in any fare class. 
  3. Promotion applies to 48- and 96-hours VISAs only.
  4. Free visa bookings will only be made by limited to POS Ghana bookings only. The application form must be filled in accurately by the passenger / travel agency staff with the required supporting documents (passport copy and passport photo, less than 32kb per file jpg format).
  5. Documentation can be submitted at the EK retail office or via email at ekdxbvisa@emirates.com
  6. Visas are non-extendable, non-transferable, non-refundable and non-changeable. It is up to the travel agent to ensure customers are aware of this.
  7. A minimum of 5 -7 UAE business days will be required to apply for this free visa – exceptions might apply depending on UAE public holidays. 
  8. Any overstay of VISA validity is illegal by UAE Immigration and will incur penalties. It is up to the travel agent to ensure customers are aware of this.
  9. It is at Dubai immigrations’ discretion to request additional documents from the passenger during applications.
  10. UAE VISA is subject to Immigration approval.
  11. Passport validity at time of travel date must be 6 months or more.
  12. Emirates may withdraw this promotion at any time without notice.
  13. These terms and conditions should be read in conjunction with the general terms and conditions applicable to your booking.
