Guests are required to complete the check-in form prior to check-in date; failure to do so may result in denied building access. Once registered Guests will be contacted by the Holiday Home Management with detailed check-in and registration procedures.

A Holiday Home representative will meet you in person for check-in. Please inform the Holiday Home team of any changes to your arrival time or travel plans.

HOLIDAY HOMES GENERAL POLICIES
The Guest agrees to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by local laws.
The Guest commits not to use the property for any illegal or commercial purposes, including but not limited to sub-leasing the property or allowing additional guests to stay beyond the maximum permitted, unless previously agreed upon with the Host.
Guest should respect the neighbours and adhere to the building regulations and standards.
Guest Shall not hold the owner and/or his representatives responsible or liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings, death and personal injury within the premises and use of swimming pools and property facilities. Guests are using the premises and facilities at own discretion.
The booking and stay can be cancelled at any time including while guest is in occupation if any of the UAE laws and regulations are broken.
Give consent for the passport details to be lodged with the local authorities and security as dictated to by law.
Guest should make themselves aware of the fire exits and procedure in case of emergency once arrived to the property.
Prior approval must be obtained for any third parties entering the premises. The Host or their representative is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings resulting from third-party access
By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, the Guest waives, discharges, and agrees to hold harmless the Host from all damages or injuries arising from or related to the stay at the property, including accidents, injuries, or loss of valuables. The Guest is responsible for safeguarding personal belongings at all times.
ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES
Key Policy: AED 500 fee per lost key 
Smoking Policy: Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited; a violation incurs an AED 2,500 fee.
Pet Policy: No pets are allowed on the property unless prior approval has been obtained from the Host. Any unauthorized pets brought onto the premises may result in immediate termination of the agreement, additional cleaning fees, or other penalties as determined by the Host
